Only if we can agree that milkshakes are soup.
He better curry up and decide lol
No, he should steep and think about it. Give it some thyme. This is a sensitive topic which should be handled gingerly.
I don't think I can handle this whole dill. It really puts Towns in a bit of a pickle.
Clearly DM is just trying to curry favour with the administration in asking this question.
DM is currently getting a lot of rep for what is really a simple post. And this cumin from a guy who likes a good pun. Don't be sorrel, DM, no offense intended, and I won't have any of your sassafras in any case. You're a sage and a scholar, but that's just too much rep for one person, sumac so I think you must be cheating.
This is a thread for BoB but he's the mustardy person I know. Always late to the joke, anise is a good joke. Poor guy.
I'm glad Calliope showed up, shiso good at the puns.
The man popularized the Ciddies, is the top poster of all time, ran this place for over a decade, and even bought the damn site, but this will end up being his legacy.
DM has arrived to spice up this thread started by DM 2.0
Depression Moon is saddened by your post.
Depression Moon is saddened by most things, evidently.
If he can curry the idea that curry is a drink, I think he may have something coming at him.... Korma you know.
Once in a while I think I should tikka chance and consider Daniel's wacky ideas, and then I think that Vindaloony keBoB is just trying to get a rice out of us.
Anticipated official response.

This thread has tikka'd my masala's.
Well I think BoB will be fuming when he sees how out of control this thread has got. Haha!
I don't have any curry puns. I just really enjoy putting words in italics.
What about pudding?
I'm not a massive curry fan, but they're okay. However, I will mention that I love a good laksa. It's effectively both a curry and a soup. I'll let you think on what that means from my perspective. ;)
I guess it means that you also think curry is a drink :D
I thought Curry was just a sweet transvestite from Transsexual, Transylvania.
India - India in this context means, "i dinny" which is slang for "I do not" - EoFF Management (Matt) - believe all these curry puns.
I think Matt is India Nile about his ability to create culturally significant or food-relevant puns. But it ain't no thang but a chicken wangAttachment 60801. It's not everyday you find someone who can cook up non-stop tasty puns.
For those that think i'm crazy, here's the reasoning.

My girlfriend made me some curry yesterday. that trout ain't liquid!
Depends on the kind of curry, really. A dry curry quite naturally has no liquid at all. I don't think I've ever had a curry that was entirely liquid (like soup can often be). I'm not sure if I'd want to. I don't like curry much to begin with, but the curry I do like - laksa and tikka masala - have both liquid and food (well, liquid is debatable for the tikka masala I like).
I just made curry. Its kind of like chili in that its kind of liquid and kind of not (depending on the chili)
It was yummy though
i literally repped every post in here if you had a pun in it
like you literally have had to not do a pun to not get rep from me in this thread
This thread is currantly getting out of hand, but who am I not to take advantage. I hope nobody gets jelly. I'm sure if it goes too far there will be punitive measures against those of us who can't help but enjoy the ride.
In the immortal words of Chop Chop Onion Master,
Quiche! Pun! It's all in your mind.
If you wanna test me, I'm sure you'll find
The beens I'll TeeChia is sure to beet ya
But nevertheless you'll get a lesson from the tea chai.
I just put all the curry in a big deep pun and I don't bother worrying about what it is while it heats up.
Korman now. No need to get Madras.
NAAN BREAD!
Am I doing this thread correctly?
I don't know which pun I like most in this thread. I guess if I had to choose, though, I'd pakora them.
I thought the pic I posted was kind of punny... :/
There are laksa good curry puns in this thread! It's like one big punjabi.
It was pure balti. I was shivering. "Bir, yani'd to move faster, we need to get to the korai restaurant by 7pm and we're only pasanda halfway point." "Jalfrezing?" Danielle said, raising her eyebrows. "Korma, then, if you're in a madras!" It might be construed that she was irritated, but she was just rogan joshing with me.
After effectively rasam each other there, we finally got to tarkari restaurant. It was right next dopiaza Hut, and patia me wanted to go there instead, but there was naan way - Danielle was really qeema on curry.
Once we were in, we were given a seat under a large picture of some yachts salan in Bombay. I Kofta get the attention of a waiter. He asked which meat I'd like. "Gosht... perhaps chicken or lam, gai."
Danielle was annoyed at the way I ate so quickly. "Dhansak it down!" she would say. "Man, we'll have to get them to Kaeng som marum for you." The food was spicy, but nothing that would make me sowetta maas.
Despite that, I was stuffed before too long and hadn't even touched masalad. Danielle nipped to the aloo, dum when she got back mentioned that there were scented candles vindaloo.
I had a little paniki when I saw the bill! I left feeling quite opor. :( Danielle saag Dalcha Wish Your Girlfriend Was Hot Like Me to try and cheer me up. She had gundruk at the bar... some things never change! Still, she was xacuti and it cheered me up. It had, overall, bhuna nice evening.
Daniel Towns: Poppadom.
I am sincerely tempted to burn this thread to the ground. :stare:
I really don't know if these puns are going to curry this thread much longer.
If you're fishing for compliments, people might think you're shellfish.
Is curry the spicy stuff? I don't think I've ever had curry before.
It can be spicy, but it's not like it's going to sriracha gut. Curry is kind of a bread term covering many different dishes, both wet and dry, spicy and mild, etc. (To answer the thread literally, yes it can be a drink.) Many different spices can be used, but I think the main ingredients for it to be a curry are turmeric and cumin, and maybe a third one that I can't think of. I know, I'm taking this too seriously, this was all just to get a rice out of BoB, but I feel a lentil bit guilty when I spam too much. That's why I meat in the middle and pepper my serious posts with sick puns.
no
it is spicy
i dont like spicy things therefore making it food
I can't handle anymore of these curry based puns!
I don't have any good Curry related puns. I need someone to Curry me through this thread.
I would drink Tim Curry.
Curry is my fav but not the dirty wanker BoB. I alway drink up all the curry in the bowl or the blood of the fat kid that drink curry for milk as a baby.
