That you're still drunk when you wake up?
I haven't been drunk period.
I'm such a boring person.
Not in a long time. But yes, a few times in my college drinking days.
Maybe once, but it's hard to remember for certain. It's been a long time since I was 16.
I tend to just go back to sleep if I wake up and still feel anything remotely resembling drunk. It's pretty rare I wake up and actually notice still feeling drunk with that in mind.
Yep.
In my early twenties. Nowadays, no thank you. Never again.
Yes. Plenty of times. And then I need a beer or two to make me feel normal. And then that turns into day drinking.
I've gotten so messed up I've wound up in the hospital (& just recently figured out that the defibrillator was used on me to resuscitate me). But I've told that story hundreds of times and it's actually quite sad for me.
I don't get that drunk nowadays. I actually make it my mission to get trout faced, and it never happens.
College years, yep. I woke up drunk in my bf's dorm room and tried to walk to the shower, but was just stumbling about.
Almost anytime I get drunk I wake up drunk a few hours later. And I don't even drink that much so not sure what's going on with that
I think biggest example was my friend Gen's birthday party where we all got drunk and went to bed at like 4am or whatever. I woke up at 7 because I had a breakfast date and I was still drunk. And I was still drunk on the 30 minute walk to the restaurant. And I was still drunk all through breakfast. That was one of the times I've had the most to drink though so there you are
It's happened a couple of times, but it was a mild drunk for me. There was one time where I woke up and I was still wasted, though.
One time I got drunk, went to bed, woke up, tried to make new personal bests on Pac-Man Championship Edition and failed miserably because my reaction time did not exist. Looking back on it now I'm not sure if it was because I was still drunk or was just hungover/tired but either way it was hilarious.
Yep happened a couple of times to me so far with one case me being still really wasted in the morning but usually I get fine after two hours or one beer :p
Yeah! The most memorable "woke up drunk" moment was when I went to a house party while I was at Uni. Me and my friend both turnt up to our lecture in the morning quite clearly drunk lol. We sat by eachother trying to keep a straight face, and I was *attempting* to take notes. When I looked at the notes the next day it looked like a kid had scribbled all over it - could hardly make it out xD
So many times.
So very many times.
Not really drunk when I woke up but, pretty buzzed.
I don't really drink anymore. I've probably had a 6 pack in the last year and a half. Alcohol is just gross tasting to me. Gimme some bong hits plzthx.
My God, too many times. It's when I get battered and stay up till 4 or 5am then have to get up for work or something.
I don't do this anymore :shifty:
This thread makes me feel better about myself. Does that make me a bad person? :ohdear:
But yes.
I have.
Yes. Only when I've had work the next day though, since I'm up too early to sleep through the drunkenness. Haven't done so in a few months though.
I dont think so but sometimes I cant tell if Im drunk or if I just think im drunk or I think Im sobre and Im actually drunk
I once went over to leeds for a night out. It got pretty messy. Anyway- I woke up about 2pm in my own bed and couldn't remember driving home. Apparently I left Leeds about 10am and drove the hour home and went to bed. I think a lot of it was tiredness as I'd only had a few hours sleep. I didn't feel drunk or else I wouln't have driven. Definately freaked me out though.
We had a party over the summer that involved seven of us drinking three bottles of tequila before going to the bar. Yeah...the next morning wasn't pleasant for anyone.
Only if I sleep for a very short period of time. I usually sleep for over 10 hours after heavy drinking though, so most of it is gone by the time i wake up.
also remember that you're not necessarily drunk even if you feel like you have a hangover.
I've lost count how many times this has happened to me. This happens when you haven't had enough sleep, like you were at a house party or whatever. The real danger then is not to go drinking the next day 'cos your still plastered.
I did this a couple of times in my 20s, but now in my 30s it's more likely that I'll have a hangover before even going to bed.
Yep, used to happen occasionally when I was younger. No more though, I know better.
I have only recently begun to watch my alcohol intake after 5 years of trying to drink an ex out of of my head, so I'm blurry on it. Drinking right from the bottle as much as I did, I'm certain it happened...just not sure.
I have been so drunk that I woke up face down on a tile floor once.
This is positively the worst experience in the world. Waking up drunk sucks big time, you don't feel good, you just feel sick. In fact you feel so sick that the only "cure" is more alcohol but that's irresponsible and socially unacceptable.
I've done this a few times and had to drag my sorry arse in to work to boot. No matter how good the night out sounds, I never get close to drunk enough for this ever now.
oh dear god yes
When was the last time that I didn't still wake up buzzed :P.
Nowhere close. Apparently I'm a Greenleaf because I don t notice alcohol affecting me very much.
I don't think I've ever actually gotten drunk. Tipsy, yes. But not drunk. I just don't like alcohol enough.
