So I've installed some games from my Steam account, after being reminded I had one with some games, so which should I play first?
Portal or Bastion, I say. I personally don't like the gameplay of Bastion, but I've heard that tons of other people do.
DX or Bastion.
Out of the true "must play" games on that list, Portal will likely take you the shortest time to beat and you'll be glad you did.
I don't know any of these games so I'll say Star Wars because Star Wars

So I tackled Portal this afternoon, should I do KotOR or Deus Ex next?
Deus Ex.
KotOR is a good game but I always felt like it was a tiny bit overrated. Like, I know that's blasphemy to say, but while it's very good it never blew me away the way Deus Ex/Morrowind/et al did.
I'm kind of leaning towards Deus Ex since I do love me some cyberpunk.
KotOR.
In the time you've spent contemplating which title to play, you could have finished one of them!

Deus Ex is actually really long. One of the longer games I've played and definitely longer than KotOR unless you've played it before and know what you're doing.Quote:

Playing DX is absolutely a necessity, but yeah it is in no way a short game. Don't let that put you off, it won't feel long because it's gripping and fascinating and amazing. Just don't be tricked by the FPS elements. :p
