As I've gotten older I have been needing naps more and more. A 20 min brain reset as it is.
Nope, I rarely am.
I hate being tired more than pretty much any other feeling so I make sure that going to bed on time every night and getting enough sleep is a top priority. 100% worth it IMO.
I am a demon to get up in the mornings. I tend to peak in energy levels during the day, but I refuse to nap because I always feel worse after it.

A wee bit. Waiting for Bri to come home with sugar so I can make a cup of coffee!
I can't get myself to go to bed @ a decent time. I hate having to get up so early, because I love to stay up late. I've even gotten into the habit of short sleep on weekends.Quote:

Pretty tired yeah even after coffee. Almost didn't even make it to work in time because when it's rainy it makes me even more drowsy and I slept pass my alarm.
Nope. But I took something to help me sleep so it'll change soon.
I miss taking Night Nurse when it would knock me out for 9-10 hours. Baby Bubba needs feeding every 3-4 hours though. The answer is YES. YES I AM SLEEPY.

I just want to point out that every time I see the title of the thread, I get the song Frere Jacques stuck in my head.
I'd sleep in today if I could. Not going to happen.
Almost every day. Getting up at 6:30 is incredibly difficult, no matter what time I go to bed. My natural clock wants to sleep until 10am. The only time I'm not sleepy is weekends when the offspring are at their Dad's.
Only when I don't get a full night's sleep.
