Mostly. I try to be in bed between 9:30-11:30. Sometimes I make it early, other times I don't. I get cranky if it's later but I never go past that time anymore, unless it's a weekend.
I am really awful at this
Yup. If I want to wake up at 6:30 not feeling like trash, and I do need to get up at 6:30 every day, then yeah, keeping a proper sleep schedule is crucial.
Depends if I have something important to do the next day, in which case I get my ass to bed.
I go to bed at various hours, but usually I get enough sleep. :P
I try to but anxiety keeps me up usually :( I go to bed at like 9:30 on school nights and don't fall asleep until between 11 and 12, sometimes as late as 2
Yeah, I try and aim for 10 pm- 11pm, but sometimes I slip and end up going to bed at 1am or 2am. :/
Not really. If I 'need' to be up early, I will go to bed at around midnight. But if I've only got stuff to do in the evening, then yeah, I'll stay up till 1:00 or 2:00am.
Admittedly, it is a bad habit.
I barely do. I have to get up @ 5:30 on workdays & don't get to bed until after 12. I try for 11:30, but that doesn't always work.
HAHAHAHAHA no. Case in point, it's 3:40 AM as I'm writing this.
My life has been a slow shift back to earlier and earlier bed times over the years.

But Matt and I are generally pretty okay at getting to bed by our allotted bed time. 11pm at the moment, but we sometimes go to bed earlier depending on how we're feeling.

I usually try to, but lately I've been staying up late texting with a girl most nights. An actual human girl. I don't know what's happening to me.
I'm pretty bad about getting the amount of sleep I probably should be getting. I average 6 hours of sleep.
Sometimes I get excited and then I can't sleep. Like last night. -_-

Lately my sleep has been all over the place because I've been itchy or my imagination is going wild. I love how I decide to be creative at like 2am. I try to get 8 hours in typically though if I were more strict I could do 10.
Not at all. I typically plan to go to bed around 11:00PM and usually end up there between 12:00AM and 1:00AM after I'm done playing whatever I'm playing and goofing off online.
There is no bed time when you have a baby! So tired!

I tend to target midnight. I tend to go to bed around then, maybe an hour before, maybe 30 minutes after, and on weekends I just don't really care at all and just go with how tired I am (or am not).

Not really. I should go to bed at 9 for optimal rest. 10p has been my best, while 4a has been my worst.
