Well, um, uh. There's VII, and then X, and then XII. Uhh... I got pretty close to finishing VI and VIII. And uh... Um...
Oh, all right! I only beat three of the mainline games! DON'T JUDGE ME VIDEO GAMES ARE HARD AND TIME CONSUMING! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Currently playing II on my phone, but I've barely scratched the surface so far.
I've played and completed every main offline entry from IV to XII. Also X-2 and 'Dirge of Cerberus' if you want to include sequels or spinoffs.
MMOs never appealed to me, and neither does the FFXIII series, so I doubt I'll be giving them a try.
All of them but II and XI.
I've beaten FFI, FFIV, FFVI, FFVII (and Crisis Core), FFIX, FFX/X-2 and FFXIII Trilogy :)
All except for XI and XIV. I've also beaten some sequels and spinoffs
Everything post FFVII except for: XI, XIV... and Lightning Returns, but we're not counting that as a mainline are we? I keep meaning to beat my DS versions of III and IV but I haven't got around to it yet. I find some of the older ones strangely difficult to stay engaged with. Even VI is a struggle (although the PS1 port of that that I played is one of the worse ports, I hear).
All of them. I refuse to acknowledge XI and XIV as main series games :colbert:

Shows what you know! I've just had a letter from Square telling me they're very sorry and they're going to rename them "Final Fantasy Online" and "Final Fantasy Online 2: JUDGMENT DAY". Final Fantasies X-2 and XIII-2 will take the places of XI and XIV respectively and I can once again claim to have beaten all FFs.

I've settled into the modern era, but I've dabbled in the older games, and I'm slowly, very slowly, playing VI.

Only ff3, 11 & 14 not beat. Ff3 refuses to let me beat it. I look for ages for ds version. Then i get steam version annnd then my laptop breaks. Lol. Ill beat it one day
1-13 I've beaten all of. (Final Fantasy XI's main story takes AGES solo playing, and even then you can't finish the last few alone.) In addition to those, I've taken down XIII-2, LR, X-2, Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, Tactics, Tactics Advance, Tactics Advance 2, MQ, MQ2, Dissidia, and 012 Dissidia. As well as Kingdom Hearts 1, 2, BBS, CoM, and Days. But I don't know how much THOSE count. :p
I have played (but not finished) III, IV and XI. All the others I've finished.
PS. "Finished" for XI and XIV I count as "Completed the main story of the original game."
