But really, any meat will do. Though a really cheesy pizza can be rather delicious, especially if there's feta or goat's cheese.

Though really, I love a lot of different things on a pizza. I love blue cheese, pineapple, olives - you name it. Just no tomatoes. I'll eat tomato sauce on a pizza and love it, but tomato slices are too much for me to stomach

I like a plain cheese pizza the best. My favorite topping is pepperoni though, followed by Italian sausage.

Hamburger. Yes, it's a real topping, though it might be called something else. I don't know. Everyone I speak to just calls it hamburger.
Bacon isn't my favourite topping, but if I could only have crust + one thing + cheese, i'd make that one thing bacon.

If cheese and sauce are included in this one topping pizza then I'll probably go with one of the sausages, most common kinds are equally great to me.
Though the part I find most enjoyable when eating a full topping pizza is the olives but an olive only pizza doesn't sound very appetizing. Or maybe it would be, I've never tried but if they were cut finely and only some of them were pickled or whatever makes them saltier then it might work.
It honestly depends. The large majority of pizzas I eat are usually only one topping, sometimes two. But I prefer to mix things up with them. Single topping pizzas I've enjoyed are prosciutto, potato, calamari, pepperoni, and of course my favourite is just cheese and basil, but I'm not sure if you'd consider a herb a topping.

Back when I drank soda I preferred Pepsi and Dr. Pepper with my pizza, but now all I ever drink is water. Apparently, soda and chips was where most of my weight came from, and I can have the occasional pizza without gaining that much weight.
I like pop w/ my pizza. Usually a dark one, like coke/pepsi/dr. pepper or RC. I really don't keep pop in the house anymore, so that's something I have if I go out.
