I agree, Quina is the best, but Kimahri is easier to use, so I chose him. :p
I chose Kimahri. Like how I can customize him to power and magic easy.
I like the Blue Mage job class in FF5
Quina, because there's actually a redeeming quality there beyond him being a useless blue mage.
Quistis, my entire boss "strategy" was give her Aura and them spam Mighty Guard and White Wind while Squall and Rinoa killed everything. Sometimes she barfed on stuff and that made Squall hit them even harder.
Quina's funny, as well as being useful. Go, Quina! :kaocheer:

Quistis. Because she has the Degenerator spell which greatly helps with levelling up.
Other than that, Quina.
Kimahri was nowhere near as useful.

The love for Quina has always gone over my head, but then I'm not a big fan of 9 to begin with.
Quinta is the only "true" established Blue Mage so I choose them.

The FFV Blue Mages are probably the most versatile and overpowered in the series, not to mention I love their costumes. In terms of individual characters who are Blue Mages, Quina is easily the best of the group, though Strago probably has the best selection of spells.
The main problem with Strago, Quistis, and Kimarhi is that they are stuck in games where their skills lists are not as useful due to other customization or mechanics in the game. Also, Blue Magic should never be limited to a Limit Break.
I think it's Quina.
