Just because i got a Ship in Destiny that looks like a floppy eared Dog

My little buddy who I lost in December was the perfect dog ear combo. He was able to point them in the air, yet they were a floppy ear.

Anyway, having had a German Shepherd for fourteen years, I have to go with pointy, even if it's just out of loyalty.

To actually answer the question, not really sure. I've never owned a dog, so I can't really judge. I imagine I'd like both though.

Floppy ears, I've always wanted a beagle or a bloodhound for their ears.

Are there any breeds besides dobermans that have that done? I know my German Shepherd never had his cropped, they just stood up naturally

i had a German Shepard, dont remember much about her she died when i was 5

As much as I love the ears on a Chow Chow I had to vote floppy.

Floppy. I generally prefer it and also my favourite dog breed, the Doberman, is better with floppy ears because it both looks better and is just better to not unnecessarily crop their ears

This. Humans need to quit smurfing with dogs' aesthetic appearance. It's fine, leave it alone!

Floppy looks better but I think I'd prefer them pointy so it's another indicator that I can use to tell what theyre thinking (I assume, i've never trained a dog.)
