If you click that link, you'll be taken to a thread where you can post a request for someone to make a picture you can put in your signature. To put it in your signature, you'll have to upload it to the internet using your own webspace, and then, I believe it's [.img]http://www.blahblah.com/picture.jpg[./img] (replacing my fake address with the address of your picture, and without the periods by img). But I'm not certain.
Edit: I'm a moron, to put that code in there how I did, so it gives you a broken image icon. >_< *fixes*

Upload the image somewhere like Boomspeed, and use that image as the "urlgoeshere" in the above tag.
if it takes that long and complocated just to get a picture under a line whenever u make a add a reply.

I'll be glad to help. Just post the image here. Go down to attachments at the bottom of the reply screen and upload your pic. The I'll save your pic onto my server space and give you the code to put into your profile signature field. And that's it. PM me if you really want to know how to do it yourself or find me on AIM or something, I'll walk you through it. Don't worry, I posted this exact same thread when I first came here too, a lot of people do.:)
