which main char should be assassinated

have you ever had a main character in a FF game, where they did something stupid in the game, or in battle, like miss, when you KNOW theres no way they could miss, or do like, 2 damage when THEY HAVE NEVER DONE SOOOO POORLY (exception: shell, protect, or defensive spells of that nature)

I personally wanted to beat ramza to death in tactics, when he did 2 damage, using throwstone, when he never does less than 28 (hes high level)

OR does one of the main characters just, really, really piss you off, to an extent unknown to those around you

One Thousand Words:Tidus. Yes, that is only one word, but if I typed it a thousand times, I'd have my wrist slapped for spamming, so you can just imagine Tidus a thousand times.

Why? Because he's a girly wimp, that's why!

Edward's got this topic written all over him. I usually kill him so I don't have to deal with him.

Cait Sith too. A cat riding a big stuffed whatever is the stupidest idea for a character that I can think of.

I don't know what is more annoying - Tidus on FFX or Tidus on KH...

Tidus, definitely. He looks like a girl, he sounds like a girl, he does cartwheels like a girl (Spiral Cut), he can't keep his footing like a girl (Slice and Dice), he handles his sword like a girl when he throws it around everywhere, and he whines like a girl. Sure, he had good reason to whine about some things, but I don't have to like it. His only saving grace is his time magic, but anyone can learn that.

Yuna. She's dangerously stupid. She doesn't appear to have a personality. She's useless without the help of giant monsters.

Cloud. Though he wasn't the worse main character, compared to my favorites (The clashing personalities of Tidus and Squall come to mind) I just didn't like him much. Maybe because Cloud didn't seem as realistic as Tidus or Squall (but all three did mature into grown men), and by realistic I mean, I couldn't compare myself to him. So, even though I could understand how he felt through out the game, there wasn't a major connection between myself and Cloud.

I would have to say Yuna, though she is closely followed by other 'heroines'. Yuna is simply weak, lacking the sense and prowess to fend for herself without her bevy of guardians. It's sad really, that they made her the main character, whilst they simply let Lulu rot in the background. Disappointing.

i hated cate sith... stupid dumb stuffed animal. i never used him when i didnt have to. the time in jounon were you use him was the only time i did. i never used gau either. i liked him and thought he was cool but i always had bad luck on the veldt.

I'm not going by who I hate but who I think should have been assassinated to help the story, I guess...Rinoa should have been killed for being a soceress and then maybe Squall and the gang continue to beat Ultimecia and then Squall goes into a portal or whatever and rescues Rinoa.

It would have been so much better.

Selphie, Zell, Irvine, Quistis and Rinoa.

And some random members in ff6, I stopped playing because of poor computer emulation and too many characters, plus I would have to restart :P so that's one big reason why I stopped playing ff6 when I wasn't even halfway through.

I'd like pretty much everyone in Yuna, Auron, Tidus, Lulu, Cloud, Tifa and Aeris. Just those 7 that really ticked me off dearly. I wish they would just get eliminated from the FF Universe.

If they both just got killed I'd be happier. Anyways, they both did little to further the story, and were always so... clingy.

Yuna was clingy??? I never saw THAT in her. Rinoa is clingy, but not Yuna.

I wouldn't have minded assassinating Cait Sith for this very reason.

I was fighting the Materia Keeper in Mount Nibel with Sith, Tifa, and Cloud. I was doing very well against until Cait Sith hits his limit. At this point I have Slots learned so I use his limit and take my chances. Lo and behold I bring up the combonation that rids me of my other two party members and now I'm fighting with a huge Cait Sith that I can't control! Now, the huge Cait Sith was doing alot of damage, but it never healed itself and eventually the Materia Keeper destroyed me. Thus, I had to restart the battle all over. Caith Sith never entered my party again in that particular game.

Irvine and Selphie...hehehe...But NOT Tidus! :mad2:
