Depends on your definition of move, but I guess I'll go along with Passado here.
If Blitz Ace hit more times, I'd go with it, but I'll have to go along with Shoyku. Passado's just awesome. Get Mindy to deal max damage with each hit, then sit back and watch.
u cant deal max damage on each hit. even with strength and luck maxed out, u cant do it. that also goes along with maxing stats, i have got a few questions about this, and well....
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAX OUT YOUR STATS AND HAVE HP AND MP MAXED!!! GET OVER IT!!! IT CANNOT BE DONE WITHOUT AN ENHANCER!!!!

but zanmato doesnt work on most of the moster arena bosses
Yes it does. It works on EVERYTHING.
it doesnt work on nemesis. u can pay him 99,999,999 gil, have a maxed out compatability rate, and he still wont do it
actually... i take that back. the monster arena bosses are level 5 Zanmato, and require a REALLY high motivation, a high compatability rate, and a lot of gil. i just did it to him right after i said he couldnt. my fault

breack damage limit, 255 of stenght,quick hit,auto haste,auto protect,auto shell,breack hp limit,auto life and 20 minutes and nemesis is dead
ha. i beat nemesis in 5 minutes.
grand summon which allows mu too use animas overdrive twice which is like 60,000 boo yes
oblivion lets u do alot (at first) but it takes away 2-3 turns, as pain takes away 1-2. so anima is almost done for by the time u make the second move
