Who has the best theme music, huh?

How could you leave out Daryl's theme? Or Rachel's? Or freaking Kefka's?

It's madness, and I won't have it.

Oh yeah, I was just thinkin' main characters. . .I'll try to get someone to edit it, so you'll be pleased.

Hmmm... Shadow's theme, it's great. I like the themes of Gogo and Setzer too.

But I agree with Kawaii... Kefka's, Rachel's and Daryl's themes are great, you shouldn't leave them out of the poll.

All set. My vote goes to Daryl.

Oh, now I want to vote for Kefka... It's goofy and insane at the same time, I love it.

Kefka's is my favorite. Followed by Gau and Shadow. Oh oh and Gogo!

Daryl's theme just rawks so hard.

I like Shadow's, Setzer's, and Rachel's (If Rachel's theme is "Forever Rachel", at least) also. Kefka's is nice. And Terra's (If by Terra's we mean "Wanderer of Time"... I've heard it debated on if that was really her theme or not. If it is, then it's a toss up between Daryl's and Terra's).

This soundtracks too nice for me to pick a favourite character theme from :p I do know which theme annoys me the most though, and that's Gau's for sounding like the American anthem in the middle at one point :p

I voted Terra's theme because "Wanderer of Time" absolutely floored me and I liked the orchestral version of it more than I liked the orchestral version of Kefka's theme, which is my second favourite. Kefka's theme is my favourite in the original sound version, however; even if you count the overworld music as Terra's theme instead of the most likely inferior "Awakening," the original version of Kefka's theme is pure ownage. (By omitting half the song I felt they ruined it in the orchestral soundtrack.... ;/)

Rachel's theme and Celes' theme also owned, and Daryl's theme wasn't bad either.

Also, Mog's theme could technically qualify as the môgri's theme, really, because it was used as such in FFV and FFIX, as well, which applies to none of the other "character" themes :P

According to the soundtrack, Terra's theme is the one that is played in the WOB map. So thats the one I am thinking of so I voted Terra.

I always liked Cyan's theme song. It sounds so noble and just. It fits his character perfectly.

i wanna say terra's, but upon closer inspection (inspection?) i think i'd have to say gau's, although you only hear it, like, once in the game.

Twice, actually, assuming you complete his quest. And three times if you count the reprise in the Ending Theme =P

I voted for Locke's theme. It is very inspiring! It just makes you want to never give up, whatever you are doing.

Hmmmm... That's a toughy. Nearly every theme in Six gleems with orgasmic delight... but I'd have to say Kefka over Terra and Cyan, but just barely.

I've never even heard of "Wanderer of Time", can anybody post a link to it or something? Is it even on the OST? I don't remember seeing it... o_0 I can't really decide, I adore FFVI's soundtrack. I just can't make up my mind!

It's the vocal version of Terra's theme on Pray, Square's second (I believe) collection of FF vocal tracks sung by Risa Ohki. I think it's actually called "Toki no Horôsha" or something like that on the soundtrack, but "Wanderer of Time" is the (much easier to remember) translation of the above =P

Ah, okay. I've heard that. I was just never sure of the "official" title of the track. I just called it Terra's Theme(Vocal). *shrug* Thanks.

I'd say Tina's (Terra's) theme is my favorite character theme in FF6. I'm not referring to the world map version, even though that's beautiful as well. I'm talking about Awakening, which plays during most of the emotional moments concerning Terra.

You can't go wrong with Terra's theme. Heck, you can't go wrong with any theme. They're all good!
