Midgar, it has all that stuff.
Midgar, it has Aeris' house and the church and it's just cool :D There's a lot of other places I like too though.... Costa del sol is a bit of a small city lol. ^^
Nibelheim because it has all the best stories there. You've got Cloud's past along with the story of Zack, the birth of Sephiroth, the story of Vincent and Lucrecia... etc.
Midgar. It's the only world you know at the beginning of FFVII, and it makes you feel somehow free once you escape from it to go onto the world map.
Wutai. It's got some killer weapons. And probably lots of oriental chicks.:love:

I liked Midgar. Next time, add more cities rather than put 'other.' Or is that as far as you have gotten in the game?

Besides isnt Midgar no more? At the end it shows noone lives there no more (dang it). Brush and grass and flowers grew there or am I mistakened. :O_O:

(Don't even get me started on the masses of shops to go in and out of looking for something useful, or that repetitive Rufus song!)
Nibelheim definitely, due to the intense storylines there.

Nibelheim has all the stories, all the mystery, the hidden secrets just beggin for the curious to find, and I'm a mountain person so a fan of the scenary.
It's a tough choice for me between Midgar (for the reasons Jenova Rebirth stated), Nibelheim (as stated by Blackphoxx and Kindo), and Wutai (cuz that sidequest r0x0rs). I'm gonna go with Nibelheim though.
I like Junon, just because of the patriotic music. :D
Midgar. It's such a contrast to the rest of the game. And it's actually a pretty cool city. Not that I'd want to live there.

Mideel was the coolest looking (well... until it gets wasted, of course). Plus the forest around it is useful for leveling up before you enter the northern crater.

I loved the deserted City of the Ancients. I loved the flowing architecture, and what happened there was pretty memorable.
