Serge/Lynx

well? your favorite? based on looks and whatever? please, if it can be avoided, don't base on strength cuz everyone will then vote for serge with mastermune

I like Lynx with the sythe. I like Lynx (bad kitty) and his weapon the sythe. :D

It is only Serge with Swallow and Lynx with Scythe. The rest looks wierd.

Lynx with spectral swallow. Lynx is cool looking period
and the spectral swallow is one of the coolest weapons
in the game. Plus that white with black color combo is
classic.

I like Serge with Sythe. The weapon is cool looking and packing punch, the only time I ever got to use it is in a very bad spot of the game! Note to all: Serge, I meant Dark Serge, is that okay??:D:D
Lynx with Swallow is not bad too! I like him with the Mythril Swallow! That weapon is just plain cool! Downside is that it is weak...

I don't know, the only character in the gane that I think
pulls off that dark evil thing is Lynx. Dark Serge just
looks creepy like the dead thing you find decayed and
rotted when you go to replace the wax ring under your
toilet. But I do change my vote to Lynx with the Mythril
Swallow.

Serge with swallow, anyhow. He looks class whatever weapon he uses.

you see Serge with a scythe when you're in Lynx's body. When you go to Fort Dragonia in Home World and start to go up the elevator, Dark Serge pops up and you fight him. The scythe looks a bit heavy for Serge's build so when he runs towards you to attack, he runs a bit slower.

But like, isn't Dark Serge Lynx? :[/b]D

I vote Lynx with a scythe only cause it gives ya change a bit from srge and his swallow

I have t say Lynx with his syth, but he would look pretty cool with the Mastermune if that was possible... too bad it isn't.

actually it is possible. just go after Dario RIGHT AFTER Riddle and Viper and Karsh join your party, and get the Memento Pendant from Solt and Peppor.
The Mastermune helped me kick ass against the White Dragon and Dark Serge ;)

Really! You can do that? That's so cool, the way it was laid out I didn't think it was possible. Heh, just more proof of how dense I really am.

It's really difficult if you didn't steal the Black Plate, unless you're playing on New Game Plus.

I am playing on new game plus, but what's the black plate? I guess I missed that too... hehe.

You can steal it from the Black Dragon with Fargo. It absorbs life from black attacks, which is basically everything Dario can do to you.

actually i beat Dario RIGHT when i possibly could...at that point, he woulda whooped my ass clean and shaved me bald while i was dead...in 13 seconds or less. but i found out the trick to beating him easily...even if you can only do 3 damage to him on fierce attack...

if you:
cast a Green spell on him, he'll counterattack with LoRes. (the opposite color)
cast a yellow, counter with BatEye
cast a red, counter with Numble
cast a blue, counter with Weaken
cast a black, counter by casting RecoverAll on self
cast a white, he'll counter with ElectraRod

but the thing is, he can't attack you for one whole turn after he's counterattacked! just have him keep counterattacking with non-black, non-white elements! Doing this i beat him with Lynx, Fargo (ugh!), and Riddel! i killed him with only magic! (and yes, i had to go down to the low level elements like AeroSaucer when i ran out of powerful ones)

wow. if for some reason i ever replay cc on normal mode i'll have to remember that. that would've helped immeasurably in the first dario fight too (i.e. made him beatable for me)

Yeah, ditto. I still had lots of trouble with him up until the point after I got back from Chronopolis.
