Lavos (final form) looks like a dog in a space suit? hah he just looked so wierd... in my opinion. that reminds me, i never actually beat him.. my snes CT cartridge broke out of nowhere. so i get the rom and get near the end and out of nowhere my saved game isn't there. am i forking cursed or something?

Lavos is the result of combining all of the DNA on the planet, that's why he looks weird.
All the DNA? Then how are there all the people?
He has not acquired ALL the DNA - merely taken DNA from samples of all the life-forms on the planet, and combined it with his own. Don't forget, he also drains vitality somewhat from all living things, and might have been doing some DNA-scanning while he was at it.Quote:
