out of all the limitbreaks, trances and sommon monsters which do you think is the best?
i would have to say Squalls lionheart limit break....it is way better than nights of the round in FF7!

Omnislash, obviously.
These are based ONLY on ones i've seen so far, so don't flame on me or something.
Most Powerful: Omnislash. :p
Coolest looking: Doom to the Living
Most helpful: Great Gospel
Dumbest looking: Dice :p
Most risky: Big Brawl (either does a lot of damage, or misses)
Scariest (in concept): Hellmasker
Omnislash does S-loads of damage but is very boring to look at. I hate it. Yuffie's Bloodfest looked very cool. As did Lionhart. Blasting Zone was also pretty cool. Blowing a Texas-size hole into the ozone layer daily is quite fun. Freya trance was loads of fun. Raining multiple lances from the sky. Garnet also had a nice trance, summon, step back, watch it work. Cait Sith's limits were garbage, as was Quina's trance. Steiner looked great in Trance, but it wasn't all that useful. Vincent's limits were loads of fun, especially Hellmasker. Highwind was fun to watch, as was Catastrophe. But, I guess I'd have to say my all time favorite is Eiko's, mainly cause she grows wings and you can heal, then attack. It just makes sense I suppose.
anything of vincents.
"OMFG!!!!HES GOT A CHAIN SAW!MOOOOMMMMYYYYYY!"
:: cough :: yes i did say that...leave me be... :: cough ::
Chaos was awsome. I love love love using it, though i hate the idea that you cant controll him.His werewolfish one,the first one you get, was neato too.Chainsaw one just...scared me...
Any of Cid's 'Dragon Knight' limits - Boost Jump, Hyper Jump, and Dragon Dive.
I like Tidus' Blitz Ace, especially with Break Damage Limit.
I'll be boring and say Omnislash.
Most useful: Dice
Most powerful: Dice
Coolest looking: Dice
No, seriusly.....
Most useful: Renzokuken
Most powerful: Omnislach (or maybe Oblivion)
Coolest looking: Oblivion
Least useful and dumbest looking: Dice :rolleyes2
Kuja's ;D
the first time i used Hellmasker, my brother was watching while i played. Vincent turned into this chainsaw guy. Then his head rotated 360 degrees.
My brother:  EVIL!!!!!!!!
Me: *mesmerized* coooooooool.........
I tend to like the ones that are fun to do.
I find Lulu's Overdrive the most fun. I've totally killed the right analog stick of both my dual shocks. Irvine's Shot is fun too. :choc:
To me Lulu's overdrive is the most annoying kind of limitbreak ever.
Yea thats rigth, even more annoynig than Dice. But Irvine's limit is fun.
I must agree.Quote:

My favorite: Omnislash
Coolest looking: Bahamut from FFVIII
Would've been a LOT better if the American version did more than one hit: Anima and Magus Sister overdrives(tied)
Most annoying: Sonic Blade (Cloud uses it in KH)
Most powerful: The End (unless used against the undead)
That's all I can think of for now...
I didn't think Hellmasker was scary. I dunno, I'm probably just desensitized to these things, but if you've ever watched Jason X that sort of character gets hard to take seriously.
I really like like Lionheart! Did anyone else sit there doing the trigger, going "Do Lionheart! Do Lionheart!" It's so cool when he does it, and it's the way I got past Ultimecia in the end.
Omnislash is pretty cool too.
I'd say Selphie's limit break, full cure, is really useful.
I changed back to Twinlance several hours after getting the Lionheart only because i didn't like when Squall went insane, traching that poor Jumbo cactuar into pieces with a singel move.Quote:

i know, but some people just cant stand to see Vincent's head do a 360. I personally am not bothered by it (almost nothing can gross me out...).Quote:

His head does a 360? Odd that I never noticed that....
yeah...his neck and so stays in place while his head rotates at times. *points at the smilie that Ultima shadow made*
