Whats the longest u have played a game for

I have played for 24 hours straight no breaks.

Around 20 hours...

I remember when I was like 6, I played Mario 64 for like 5/6 hours straight.

I think this would belong in General Gaming =)

And I'm not so hardcore, so maybe 7 hours or something =P

A few years a back I played on a Quake 3 Arena server for about 12 hours straight. Out of the 100 odd matches that were played, I only had top score 4 or 5 times. D:

one time, i held a Defender of the Crown marathon with a friend of mine. Defender of the Crown is the best NES game ever. you can finish it in 15 minutes. we've played it for about 22 hours straight.

I once played Mario 3 every level all the way through in one sitting. I started hearing sounds from the game even when it was off afterwards.

Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2.

Not a surprise though, as it's the most fun game I've ever played.

Started at noon, stopped and went to sleep around noon the next day.

There's a reason I was over level 100 a little over a week after that game came out. I can't wait for PSO Universe. I can't. Most anticipated game of my entire life.

Six or seven hours with Xenogears.

I played FF9 when I first got it for about 15 hours straight.

12 hours.....on final fantasy.....big surprise!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past. I played it from start to finish, not dieing a single time, so that I could have a death count of zero (it gives you a death count each time you save and quit, which annoyed me when I was 12). It took about ten hours I think.

I also played FFX for about eight hours when I played it the first time. I just honestly couldn't find a decent stopping point until I got to the Djose Highroad.

I did that FF7 Challenge thing(beat FF7 in one 24-hour period). I took a couple short breaks, though.

Other than that, I also beat Suikoden I in one 24-hour period, with only short breaks.

Mario Party 2, about 12 hours straight. I also went to a LAN party and played for 2 whole days, drinking can after can of Rockstar helped. But drinking all of that rockstar gave me the power to smell colours.

I played TRIII since 09:30 to 14:30, got a break to lunch in five minutes and continued to play till 21:30!

Good gravy, I'm seeing some really high numbers here. Personally, I don't think I could survive more than six hours or so without a decent break. I'd just curl up in the fetal position and start sucking my thumb and mumbling, or something.

36 h of SM Civilisation2, was addicted. Now I'm clean, so 24h of FFX.

16 hours or so probably of FFVI.

I played for 28 hours and the crazy thing is that i had to go to the hosipital after cuz i passed out(but of course i went to the bathroom).

Ummmmmmm.... hmmmm 36 hours on FFVII (my first time playing it) my brother also played it for a good 25 hours straight the first night I got it.

Mario 64 for 12 hours. Got alot of stars that day.

I've played Pokemon Sapphire for 5 hours straight! :D

FFVII. 14 hrs straight. I nearly died! :(

Either FFVII or Kingdom Hearts. 3-4 hours straight. My parents would kill me if I went farther than that.

I played FFVIII for 27 hours straight, only leaving to go to the bathroom and bring a plate of food to the TV.

I also played Super Mario World for 10 hours straight because my friend said something cool happens if you get a million points. Lying bitch.

I played Ecco The Dolphin for an entire weekend about 11 years ago.

My boyfriend was out of town for the weekend a few months ago and I played Xenosaga Episode 1: Der Wille Zur Macht for 14 hours straight. Good times, good times... :)

Probably 5-6 hours on various games. That's about the most I've ever done, I usually only go for 2 hours if that.

I played FFVIII for about 14 hours straight; the first final fantasy i played...i had to actually cut the computer off to quit playing.

Back in the days when I was on LANs we could play for well over 24 hours more or less stright, but that was usually chopped up a bit as we changed games and such, so I'm not sure if it counts.

For playing one game for a long time, Fallout 2 or Diablo 2 must take the cake. I remember starting to play Fallout 2 one evening, and before I knew it it was morning and my father asked if I wanted breakfast (he was so happy that I was awake so early. Little did he know...). So I just ate and then played some more. Probably 20 hors total or something before I took a break to meet som friends. And the next night I did the same thing...

48+ hours for Everquest once.

12+ hours for Dead or Alive 3, would go higher but was in my friend's house and had to leave.

Fallout series had me going about 10 or so hours. Great game :D

Sheesh, what are you guys on caffeine? I think the first time I went over 3-4 hours was when I was 10. 7-8 hours with Zelda: OoT. Now I think I went 12 or so hours with both X and X-2.
