I go there every day
Yeah I've been there once or twice.
I used to check it a lot more regularly:
User Name BlackLotus
Board User Level 33: Elite
Karma 856
I've went there, and I'll probably go again.
For all my gaming needs.
I went there for walkthroughs on Megaman X6. That's about it, really.
I used to go there.
BUT NO MORE.
I drop by from time to time.
Meh, sometimes. There's a lot of useless rubbish on the forums, but the FAQs are (predictably) outstanding.
Only a couple of times. I don't like the design.
Best site ever, got an account around 600-700 karma with LUE access.
It's alright. Good for when I'm stuck on a puzzle and I can't figure it out on my own. I don't go very often, though.
If I cannot find out anything or I need to know anything about a game
>>> I used to go almost everyday, but I dont like it anymore because their new layout SUCK. the old one was better.
Yeah, I go there all the time. It's a great source of help. Never used their forums, though.
I don't like the new layout but it is a price I am much willing to pay for all that info.
If you have an account, you can switch back to the old layout. Go to your profile, then "change my site display settings" and pick the old layout. That's only for the boards, though.
I've gone there on occasion. Never registered or been to the boards though. Heard bad things about those boards.
I go there for their wealth of game info and faqs and stuff... don't post on the boards, though... but I do vote in their tournies and stuff... who won that best game ever tourney?
I vote and browse reviews there. I tried submitting my FAQs, but no dice. Else I'd be there more.
The Winner was Final Fantasy VII with the runner up being Chrono Trigger.Quote:

I go there everyday for game info and walkthroughs.
But I HATE the forums, people act like little kids over there
"GameFAQs? More like GameFags!!!11" --random internet wanker
Yeah, I go there quite a lot. Pretty handy.
I've never been there. :)
A good source of entertainment on a dull day is to browse the Killzone and Halo 2 boards and watch the fanboys shout expletives at each other.
That's what Gamefaqs is all about.
I go there everyday.
It's a very active website, and there's a board for every game ever made. I can actually discuss with other people how much I love ActRaiser 2 there.
There are also some incredible walkthroughs on that website. The best walkthrough I have ever seen is on that site. It's Ben Siron's Breath of Fire 2 FAQ. That walkthrough is better than any official guide for any game I've ever read.
Of course, some walkthroughs suck. I generally don't even look at a complete walkthrough with anything with less than 50k file size.
Yeah, I go there when I need help on a video game. I dont like the new lay out they made, it looks ugly and doesnt work out great.
for all my RO needs :D
I try to go there to gain my one karma for the day :D
The forums at GameFAQs are a complete joke. There's so many internet losers on those forums that you can start a new continent with them.
I don't go there often...if at all. There just isn't anything to do other than submit FAQs or get help on a game...but I seldom need help on games anyways.
I dunno, I might have, they all look the same to me. :mog: :choc: :goofy:
I haven't been to GameFAQs in a while...I used to go there quite a bit, 2-3 years ago.
I even registered at the forums once. Big mistake.
I never go there. :)
Only when I (used to) get stuck on some game and I needed the info to get unstuck, because that site has it all.
But I dunno I've probably been there a total of 6 times in my life, and I'm not much of a gamer anymore, so I haven't been there in quite some time...I've never registered or ventured to the boards either, so I've yet to wittness all the "bad stuff" people around here say about it.
