Any laws are to be discussed in Fiorenseo's three houses of Parliament.
Laws can be proposed by any house, but must pass through each house by a 2/3 majority before finally coming before a small council consisting of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Science and Sorcery, and the Minister of War.

Places of interest:
The Metareason Academy - Lead by Minister of Science and Sorcery Princeofdarknez. It is a large university founded soon after the Fiorensean's arrival on Eizon, specializing in Magic and the newly rediscovered discipline known as science.

Verdriet Mountain - it is the sore thumb ruining the tranquil, serene, and perfect landscape of the Verdantian continent. Some believe is the accumulation of all the sorrows and fears ignored by the peoples of Verdantia, who prefer to live in their wondrous habitat of innocence. Religious cults can form around this mountain, so caution is advised for any travellers.

This is a teaser of what will come from N, Minister of Science and Sorcery.

1. A newer, improved name?
2. Metareason Academy - Headmastered by N (or whatever his name will be), this academy is recognized as one of the foremost institutions for recruiting bright young students to study "sorcery", the nature of magic and its properties, as well as "science", so called "artificial magic" that works as many wonders as magic itself. This academy is located in the southeast most island of Fiorenso, so that accidents by pupils will be contained.
3. The name of the southeast island (I'll figure it out, I'm in a bit of a creative rut. :()
4. A branch of Metareason Academy will be dedicated to following the effects of Vedriet Mountain.

um, will there be water travelling right now? I don't think. I think it's best to keep everything nearby on the mainland for now. You can start building roads to connect towns and whatnot.

I should also add that Metareason Academy compiles it's vast findings in the world renowned library, #trivia. :D

I'd prefer some name changes here. The southeast isles will be referred to as the Saraswati Archipelago (Saraswati is the Hindu goddess of wisdom), the southeast most isle to be called Verusia Island (Verus is Latin for being truthful, I think), and the middle island to be called Cielo Island (Italian for heaven). The mountain on Cielo Island will be called Sacerestus Peak (a fusion of a few Latin synonyms of holy), and this is the root of the native Fiorensian religion (if there is one and whatever it ends up being). The gods are said to have descended from this mountain in times of despair to protect their people. It is also said the holy mountain of Sacerestus Peak has some supernatural connection to Vedriet Peak. No offense to your naming, Nait, but it would make sense the country names their local landforms. :) I like the map.

The Minister of Science and Sorcery is now the Minister of Knowledge.

Alright. Seeing you guys are doing well, and I have said you can have a second city. I'll go ahead and approve of the two port cities, and claim of the appropriate islands. Thus, you'll have territories on both islands. But you'll have claim to the eastern half of Mousari and full claim of Eskari.

Joining a nation sounds great. Can I join this one? What do I need to do?

You don't have to do anything. Just let me know if you want to handle something within the government, or if you just want to be a member and have voting rights. With the second, starting now, any important decisions will be sent to all members of the nation to be voted upon.

Neel, as of right now, on the official map, you guys have just the capital. I've granted Fiorenseo a second city before the Age, and since the Age, you'll be given a second new city, and there's now a third member, so that's three cities you guys need to place. I'll now approve of the two port cities you provide, and also a third city to be placed anywhere. I think after this, Fiorenseo will have control of both islands.

Communication with other nations is key, I'd say - just start talking to other nations around Verdantia about trade routes by land or sea - I mean, the plains'll be easy to cross. Use their threads to contact them, and stick my name on there with Minister of Foreign Affairs approval. ;) You can do this with other continents too, I'm sure. We're a loosely governed bunch.

EDIT: The island just south of the current landholdings of Fiorenso has been claimed in the name of the above, and of it's populace. This land is claimed by Governor and newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs Megan The Feisty. The island in question has been called Tuillevaem, and the port city currently being established has been called Ava'lone.

The governmental title of Megan The Feisty shall now be the Fire of Ava'lone, however friends of the nation may refer to her by either moniker, or simply Foa, for the purposes of remaining concise.

As replacement for Minister Neel Shah, Minister Foa has been debreifed on the current standings with their sister nations, and friends abroad. All concerns of those nations should now be directed to the new Minister.

The nations around Desierto seem to be allieing themselves and leaving the other colony away. So I was wondering if I could beef up the boarders and shut Desierto off to the rest of the countinent. I hereby do state the formation of five Military Academies situated around the mountain Vedret and Mnt. Goden. Two shall be situated on the Fiorensio map, and two on the Desiertio....one shall however remain a secret to those needed to be privy to the situation due to possible intervention/spying from other countries. It is I, the Minister of War, who must take on the solemn duty of training and protecting the citizeniery of Fiorensio from the possibility of attack. In doing such, one of the academies shall be based on physical attributes within combat, and one on the magical. The third will be under my direct command and its location secret.
