You know in the first Cloud flashback of Nibelheim, and he's explaining it to the party? Where you can go into the drawers and pull out her panties, then tell everyone "It's true!!!"? That was funny as hell. It was also amusing during the part where Tifa is helping Cloud remember things about his true past, in the lifestream, and in that emotional moment he recalls "I went into your house...then I went into your room..then your drawers...."

Weird. I just got to this part in the Japanese version of the game.
In Japanese its called ちょっと背伸びパンツ. It's like "over trying a little panties". I guess the nuance is that she's only 16 and the underwear are too sexy for her or something.
I wonder why they translated it as Orthopedic. =P I guess there was no way to make ちょっと背伸びパンツ sound good in English so they decided to make a play on the fact that her boobs are too big and she has a bad back. Or that she's into karate and needs to keep her bones in shape or something. =P
