We all remember the story, the fight, the legacy of this old rivalry among two feared creatures of the known world. One is a sea-plunderer known for their odd speaking and use of cool ships and eyepatches. The other is a stealth assassin known for their skills in the art of ninjitsu and ninja stars. Only one can come out on top of this duel.
So, which of the two do you like?

Pirates are obviously better than ninjas. But ninjas are a close second. :D
Do you see a ninja with an eyepatch or a peg leg? NO BECAUSE THEY JUST DIE. Pirates stick it out and get patches and fake limbs. Thus, pirates > ninjas.
Ninjas never die. They are immortal like PG and like PG, are better than any wacky peg-legged hobbling carcasses like a pirate.

Ninja. So skilled that they could deflect cannon fire with their sword and their skills are second to none. The only advantage pirates have is passing out from too much booze but even that isn't much of an advantage.

Ninja's would win based on skill. Pirates would win based on pure balls.

"You have dishonoured my honour, now I come for ye booty!" Said a figure clad in black, but with an eye patch, pirate hat and a wooden leg. Also a parrot. Named Unne. But he was dead. And then Trogdor smote the Kerrek, and all was laid to burnination...

How wierd, I was just out on Maddox's website the other night killing time and looking at all of the ninja and pirate stuff.

EDIT: Both the ninja and the pirate were cool until they were made into various franchises and oh-so heavily commercialised. Now everyone wants to be them and it's been so overdone that I'll have to stop ranting before I start throwing out various punishable statements at the ninja/pirate wannabes.
