chaos: You get new cities when you get a new member. NP only symobolize how many cities you have so far, and that can easily be done by just recording the number. Or if you are talking about giving out points, that was Giga Guess' idea, and you should let him have his originality. There are many other ways to attract members.

My plan wasnt to get more my plan was to cut stelaria in half, keep half give you half, and have stelaria. SO that stelaria and vincentland would be bigger. But that dosent really seem even. o0o and even though we outnumber them 50x's over in power we wont win. i wish plan A would have gone through but darkmatter never PM'd me back. :( Stupid war rules :mad: . This is exagerated...a 2 day assault doesn't leave me with 15 days of rebuilding! proposterous! and I counteracted a while back!

Rubedo: A war going on with a MASSIVE military going on for a straight two days without any retaliation for a minimum of two days. A house takes quite some time to build, let alone a city, or maybe even longer! In fact, I was being lenient by giving you fifteen days. Half of your nation isn't even harmed, but the other half has been attacked very hard.

As a neutral party, I say that it would, in actuality, be nearly demolished and he would have to take around 5 years to rebuild. If this was a real assault. And, on a side note- NBM, never try to attack an overseer. They make the rules and WILL win.

EDIT: Actually, I can suggest changes, but Proto is the one who actually changes them. And when did I ever bend the rules in my favor?
