Get a bunch of kids in a forum, then make a flame forum. Can you get more relaxing?

I'm not an active member of many forums, but one in particular has a flame forum.

It also mostly comprises teenagers.

Now you might think that this is a breeding ground for incessant squabbling and slander, but it isn't. People are too nice. Except me. I'll do whatever I do during the day and in a anti-social/confused/tired mood realise that this forum exists, go in there, flame EVERYBODY indiscriminantly, say things that I would be too busy laughing in real life to say coherently, and laugh myself unconscious.

So the topic is: how do you keep yourself from going insane?

Study.

Reading.

Don't forget books.

You might say it's escapism. But, I'm happy with that.

I just listen to Faye Wongs beautiful voice..especially Eyes On Me, which has becomed one of my favorite songs of all time...

I just take a long look at my large cone collection. That always keeps....I mean...

But I do read, excessively---but only manga, fantasy, or mystery/crime. TV doesn't work, it just makes me sink farther into insanity...I listen to a lot of music, as well, depending what kind of mood I'm in. That always helps.

instant messaging! im not insane because i talk to so many people... but its not enough because there are times that when i get online, i have nobody to talk to. somebody send me an IM.. im pretty bored right now.

Flaming other teenagers for no reason, waiting for them to flame me back, then flaming them again, this dilutes my own insecurity. And keeps me sane.

Well, I guess being inane... yeah that would be about it.

I'm too busy these days to go insane.

Social Time here at EoFF and in Real Life too.

I come here and talk to people that's my way of not ogint insane oh and I also hear Evanescence really loud... that always calms me down!

I sew or something. Doing things that have an end product calm me.

Or I swear at Ashley. That also calms me.

Media/Communication/Friends. Usually for me every day starts fresh, without any emotional weight I might have had the night before.

to stop myself from going insane I play an online RPG called The prophets song. Site here the community on the forum and in the game keeps me pretty sane. also the fact that I talk to tons of people on IRC and on msn. Normally whilst listening to whatever winamp or media player throws my way. (normally Atreyu, 3 doors down, linkin park, evanescence and Lacuna Coil)

I pet my cat and listen to music. Or I write.

Going insane? hmm...I probably wouldn't end up going insane.

But for diversions:
University work, projects, listening to lots of music, staying up late.
