I loaded EoFF to find fluffypuff instead of new EoFF 2004. I'm accusing my arch nemesis Shlupquack for this unsightly abuse of power and demand that her admin powers be turned over to me in compensation.

You can, but you'd have to keep in mind that you'd also be banned from all other EoFF forums (and banned from pretty much everything else at EoFF forums) and the ban would be permanent.
Meh, I'll pass. It was going to be a cool individual status thing, but apparently you guys don't allow those. :rolleyes2
It just means they haven't made a custom ban group for CC forums. I'm not sure how to make them do it though, because apparently spamming CC forums gets you a worldwide ban :(
