referral's?

what exactly are they?

You get a referral if you have referred someone here. Like, let's say Jeff referred Hanes here. Hanes puts Jeff's name in the referral box (the "Who referred you?" one or whatever), and Jeff gets a referral.

Well, I'm under that impression, at least.

The first to 1,000 gets a prize.

Toaster oven.

so how to do you refer people or whatever and what kind of prize?

You say "Hey, join EoFF and put my name in the box," and then they do.

And all the prizes are secret but surely fabulous. Except for the toaster oven, which is what you will get because your name starts with a 'Y'.

So is it too late to say The Man referred me?

I've done it a few times and while I didn't get any written response I believe the interweb has developed a biological feedback circuit because I got a bad vibe about it. However, I call myself theundeadshluppy from time to time.

You can find out who was referred by you there. I have two referrals. I know one of them and the other one is my dummy account that I will use for testing since clout will be away for a while and won't be able to use his dummy account to test things anymore.

My dummy account also has the greatest username in the world. Ever.
