Cello, guitar, electric bass and I can drum a bit.
:meditate:
I play the bass and that is about it.
I used to play Saxaphone.
I played the piano for 2 years, then quit. Too much time.

and I can play the auxilery instruments that take only a minimal knowledge of where to smack them-- vibraslap, cowbell, tamborine, shaker, castanets, cymbals etc.
yay for true percussionism.
I play the piano/keyboard/organ. It's one of my stress releasers. I can't read music worth a crap, though.
I play the violin but right now, I'm really keen on trying the sax. I totally agree with MoonsEcho that playing an instrument is a 'stress-releaser' - sometimes when I'm feeling really low and I play my violin I totally forget about all of my troubles and it makes me so much more relaxed.
Is voice an instrument? I tried learning it, but didn't have the time to pursue it. I can barely sing a note, but at least my voice rivals Ashlee Simpsons and Adam Levine(Maroon 5 lead singer)! XD
I might take voice lessons again...but I don't want to waste 2 years on something I'll drop like the piano.
I play electric guitar. In fact, I'm cradling it in my arms right now.
I sing! :D And Adam Levine has an extremely nice voice. I never heard him live, but on CD his voice is nice.Quote:

I just have my voice! :D so basically I just sing...
I have a seriously long music history only spanning about 2 years...seriously it's really long, it would probably bore you all to death!
I have the acoustic versions of some of Maroon 5's songs. Trust me, if you like Adam Levine, DON'T LISTEN TO HIS ACOUSTICS! She Will Be Loved is really bad...I'm not a music major and even I know he was off key on a lot of notes. I mean it sounds great on the original version, but that's because technology can filter out misplayed notes and such.Quote:

WOOOOOOO DRUMS!!!!!
I used to make IDM style music on the computer but I could never make anything I was satisfied with so I stopped. Recently I made a few songs in the noise genre using my computer also, I'm happier with them than the IDM songs. My computer I suppose.
I've been a percussionist for about 12 years now, but I'm still really just a student.
I've also dabbled in the piano, guitar, and singing for a few years as well.
Take care all.
I started out playing the clarinet, then moved on to the piano but finally settled on the electric guitar about four years ago. I got a good singing voice too so there you go.
I started playing electric guitar to try and be cool to my friends a few years ago; but I'm more into playing acoustic guitar now. Not well, but I do.
I've been playing piano for 10 years now, but I just started singing while playing for about 3. I can also play the French horn, trumpet, and acoustic guitar.
i've been playing drums for 12 years now (since i was 2). i could actually play on a drumkit before i could stand.
THREAD REVIVAL BECAUSE IT'S BETTER THAN MAKING A BRAND NEW TOPIC ALTOGETHER <3 CAPS LOCK.
Ahem....I play the guitar, sing, and used to play both the drums and keyboard ages ago.
Don't revive threads.
To add to that, if the thread's been dead for several months, just make a new one for a fresher discussion.
