The theme song to Kingdom Hearts 2 is "Gates of Steel" by Devo.

They played a orchestral version of 'Simple and Clean' for the KH2 trailers...just to let you all know.
That was the same one that was used for the original KH trailers. It just sounded really epic so you cant blame em for wanting to reuse it. Actually I heard a lot of tracks are gonna be reused with slight remixes. Not including the new areas ofcourse.

KH: Chain of Memories brought back all the world and battle themes from the original KH, and they even brought back (SPOILER)Simple and Clean during the ending credits. There's a few new themes, though, like the world and battle themes for Twilight Town and Castle Oblivion. That's why, it is possible that KH2 is going to reuse a lot of KH's songs while still having lots of new themes.
I think it will be the old good Simple and Clean.It was in the end of Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories.
