Actually not a cartoon now that I think about it.
Far too many to list. Though, my favorites being The Demented Cartoon Movie and The Most Amazing Story Ever Told (8 part series, 7 different websites).
Bonus Stage is the best/only good one, IMO.

this ones for any Resident Evil fans out there. Go to the link then go down to the 'resident Evil flash' part halfway down the page...theres 2 of them. The second ones the funniest cause its a huge spoof of the first movie scene in Resident Evil 1 (the one for ps with the bad acting) :D
