he's a pain in the ass.
As you could guess by my avatar and signature, I love Ultros. The stuff he says is so absurdly off-the-wall that it cracks me up. One of the best side villains in any FF game ever.

Ultros rocks! I cracked up when I found him as the Coilseum's receptionist.

I agree with Krang. Miles and miles ahead of wannabe side villains like Palmer and Seifer.

Ultros was a fantastic addition to the game. He was wierd, funny, and added a great aspect.
On a side note (way, way, way far on the side), deeper speculation on the character reminds me of Gmork (sp?) from the Neverending Story. Deeper thought cancells out certain theories and logics backing that for a style, which leads to surreality at it's finest with this character, especialy when it's paired with Kefka, but-

Pure hilarity. Best side villain in the Final Fantasy series, with the possible exception of Gilgamesh.
