From what I understand you are allowed to post art work with nudity if it is tasteful.

In my experience with hentai . . . it ususally isn't 'tasteful'. xD! But, I've posted pictures with exposed breasts before but it was an innocent picture for the sake of art work. =/ You'd be better off with someone else answering so I'd wait a little while for someone with a title to answer. Try PMing a Cid's Knight or something first for a quicker response.

Isn't Hentia sexually explicit? I imagine there might be a problem with posting something of a sexualy suggestive nature, althou If the images where images of kissing, hugging or generaly cutesy stuff, there shouldn't be a problem there right?
Would the same apply to Yaoi and Yuffi?

I assume you mean yaoi and yuri, or yaoi and yiff.

If it is sexually explicit in any way, no matter if it's homosexual or heterosexual, you'll be in deep crap. If it isnt sexually explicit, it's fine. Simple. You wont get banned for posting a picture of two girls kissing, as long as it isnt explicit.

For future reference - yaoi and yuri refer to explicit homosexual stuff. Shonen-ai and Shoujo-ai refers to the more platonic sort.

So nude chests, either male or female are acceptable, but genetalia isnt? is that right. i only want to make sure because i have drawn revealing images in the past that werent intended to be erotic and other boards have shot me down because they were oversensitive. But when you see some of the designs for costumes in FF, well RikkuX2 for example.

Well, that's my opinion on the subject. The chest is perfectly fine in any artform, whether it's drawn/painted or photographed, as long as it's classified as art. I also think showing the genitals or anything depicting sexual activity in art is unacceptable, because that can be classified as porn, and porn = insta-ban.

im not arguing against it, but i do think it's funny that people class something we all have as pornographic if we see it. I think it's mad that this place could be considerd liberal because you allow chests for arts sake (im glad you do).
If people anywhere in the world, carnt act grown up around nudity, then they really shouldnt be trusted with anything.

im glad this site appriciates artistic interpretation

It's simple

Dont post anything thats delibertly sexually explicit.

However, classical art embraced nudity, it didnt flaunt it. so naked chests/breasts are okay as long as they are tasteful or have a purpose to the image. Why not simply put a warning after your title and in your description of your picture explain why you wanted to draw Lulus bare breasts.
