The old ezBoard is gone now.
Bleys is right, unfortunately. I miss it. ;_;
The only remnants of the EzBoard is the odd couple of posts or so saved on Bleys's HD.
This is before the vB upgrade to 3, right?
By a couple of years or so, yeah.
Bleys. email those to me.
Why do you need to see the old ezboard posts so bad?
He wants to make sure he knows every possible in-joke, ever.
I probably can't find them. I've been through 3 hard drives since I saved those and I don't know which files made it over in any of those moves.
I'll have a look when I get home, though. Maybe I'll post a nostalgia thread in GC.
AhahahahahahahhaQuote:

Well, so am I.
As are the lot of you. Someday, the Super Ultra Mega Elitist Party, lead by Peon Walkie, will storm down the hills and destroy anyone not registered since the EzBoard.
And then the five of us left alive will have a tea party.
Only five? I've been registered since the EzBoard.
I'll have to stalk you obnoxious oldbies Gollum-style.
Raistlin is the only oldbie, isn't it obvious?
Well everyone knows that.
I was exaggerating. *smack*Quote:

Oh, and Peon Walkie.

Oh yes, and the twerp.
I'm sure BoB has an excel spreadsheet that can complete your list, Raist.
I don't need BooB. Plus, he's too busy humping everybody's leg-er...I mean, cuddling.
I wish I had been around in the eZboard days since everyone knows how awesome eZboards were. Well, I guess they were decent back then, like a 33.6Kbps modem.
AH, EZBOARD! ETC.
um..
Is there such thing as one of those archive urls? I can find really old dablackgoku forums using it, and it's likely eoff was saved many times on that...whatever it was.
As for being an 'oldbie', hahahaha. Even I'm not an oldbie, Joel.
Why didn't someone save the EZboard by clicking the link :( Hahaha... I didn't see it and never saved my EZboard either. But FF:ID is still saved >O
Clicking what link? Cid closed the board so as not to allow any new posts. After a certain amount of time with no activity, it gets deleted.Quote:

Someone told me there was a link you could click at one time or they purged your EZboard. :o
I don't think any of us realized that it was going to be deleted or we would have done something to save it.
I would have anyway.
People only want to see it cause they can't.
It explains why I was so mysterious before I posted those bizarrely terrible pictures of myself.
Which they wouldn't, if they realized that it was mostly advertising, bad grammar, double-posting, and spam all rolled into oneQuote:

Nuh uh Seanie XD (Why did I call you Savannah again, I don't know...) I went back there when it was still alive to see clOuD and my wedding... lmao. My first online marriage ever? (makes history!)
Nice one Bleysies :P What else do you have saved?
I'm old. :O I joined as soon as Cid started advertising the ezboard on FFWA. I don't recall what he said exactly, but I'm assuming it was the url and "omg plz join kthx". Then I posted a lot my first day or few days (memory... gah) and never returned until tGA got started up. So if anything I'm categorized as a BAD oldbie for my lack of interest for long stretches of time. As is obvious in the fact that yet again I've come back to this place and no one knows who I am.
Haha! Good times xD I miss all those people. Awww where's page 2? *runs around* Mmm and yeah that was crap, yummy crap.
What? Seriously? Are these the "good old days" that you people constantly whine about?Quote:

That was a seriously boring thread, honestly. The rest of it...well, just seeing threads won't do anything for you. You had to be there, to know the people, to live the magic. There were a lot of things that influenced EoFF at the time that happened offboard, at places like Heaven's Well and Bastardly Productions and FF:ID and ASC, etc.Quote:

Thanks baloki. But to bad the thread links keep giving me 404s.
I certainly don't ever remember Martin from FFWA posting at the Highwind. Very surreal.
See, I've been at EoFF since it started, but I really wasn't all that active during the EZboard stage. So while it is a little nostalgic for me to look at that stuff, at the same time, I don't remember any of the threads Bleys has posted.
You wouldn't happen to have something that I posted in, would you? Just curious.
Your posts are in that wayback thing but we can't see any actual content rslsl xD
Speaking of wayback machine... good idea. *looks*
I found it I found it... oooh yeah. xD http://web.archive.org/web/200111220.../bnutsandsocks ! NUThouse. The colors used to be better in the beginning I swear, then it screwed up and I didn't bother to fix it ever.
Edit: No! they revealed the contents of the secret super secret staff forum xD Eei... WasThatANut. Lmao. Anyone remember WasThatWrong? o__0
WasThatWrong? was an FFWA guy, I don't think he ever came to EoFF. I sure do remember him.
This has gone horribly off topic.
Raistlin is going to hurt me because I posted in a closed thread but I just felt it should be noted that all of the following bthehighwind pages are accessable through archive.org :p I just don't think it warrants a thread, merely here for reference...
