What would you do? Keep in mind, stuff you do in the past will effect the future.
First, I'd meet Funimizu on the day he concidered leaving Capcom and show him how much of a dedicated Street Fighter fan I am, so he can get to work on Street Fighter 4. Then I'd go to the point where I find the head of SCEA on the crapper, and tourture him... slowly... and painfully.

I would travel back to 1985 and join the cast of "A View to a Kill" (James Bond).

Most likely i'd take down a few empires with the futuristic weapons we have now. Then people would worship me in fear, and they'd make statues of me and stuff. Either that or i'd see if there was a way to make me invincible and immortal.
I would go back and fix things that I viewed effected my life in a negative way. However, more problems would come up, and I would spend the rest of my life trying to fix all the problems that occured.
Go back eighty million years, sneeze on a T-Rex, and stop doughnuts from ever existing.
Kill Jesus.
Think of how fun that'd be.
Saving Jesus would probably be more interesting.

I'd definitely go back to the beginning of my freshmen year and try harder. I could easily have a 4.0 with minimal effort, and I wish I would have taken some of the advanced classes earlier.

That's prettymuch all I'd do. Go back and find something that would make me rich in the present.

1) Buy random stock in now-rich companies.
2) Redo my freshman year in highschool and ace Spainish class.
3) Try harder in everything I slacked off on.
4) Assasinate Hitler before he came to power or
5) Give the Allies in WWII advanced weapons to hasten the end of the war.
However, I'm not certain I'd like all the outcomes.

Quick question. Say I go back in time 2500 years and do something outrageous... am I able to come back to the time I came from to see all of the wacky results?
I'd most likely save the world from the evil of Nazism by assassinating Hitler before he comes to power , then go back to the Ancient World and stun them with modern technology.
I would kill my ex or destroy him in some way. Other than that...i'd do better in school and stand up to the people I didn't stand up to, and tell them the truth about themselves. Something they can't face. Because i'm not scared to get in a physical fight anymore.
I would:
1) Make sure I never did a ton of crap that I regret now.
2) Persuade my parents not to move.
3) Ensure that I didn't get my heart broken.
4) Have seized the initiative with a guy I was really into. ;););)
5) Make sure that I never fell out with my friend when we were 10/11.
I'm pretty sure I already altered the past to change the future in Chrono Trigger. :)

I would destroy the world by creating a temporal paradox. I would convince each of my parents to not meet each other, therefore I wouldn't exist, therefore my parents would be together, therefore I would exist, therefore they wouldn't be together, therfore....and eventually the world and the time-space fabric would disintegrate into nonexistence.
That would be fun.
