Well...speak, read, or understand?
I can only speak English, but pretty comprehensively. As such, I can somewhat understand latin, and several latin based languages KIND OF! Only enough to read...not conversational. But yeah....

Mostly English, i think :shifty:
and some german
A little German.
(Please, nobody say that they can speak Elvish this time.)
I am almost fluent in English, except for that part where I'm stupid.
I'm also a moderate American Sign Language "speaker," and there's no reading with that one.
And I speak some Spanglish, but that's just 'cause where I live the population is 60% Latino, so pretty much everyone speaks Spanglish.
Agreed, Raine. Al Bhed don't count either.
English, a bit of German and Pig Latin :p
Elvish.
I can speak a little goblin. :]

I can read mirror writing fairly easily, and pig latin isn't beyond me.
For some reason though, in every example except probably french, it's easier to write than read (or to say than hear) X.x;;;
Even in english.
English and some German.
Oh... God...
English and Japanese are fluent. My Chinese is getting better but it isn't quite fluent yet. Other languages I speak in (around 50%) are Latin, French, German, Hokkien, Romanian, An Gui, SOME Swahili, A little Cantonese, Mongol minorities, Malay, and itty bitty bit of Finnish, and I think that is all but I use a lot of languages...
English and a tiny tiny bit of french. I'm pretty good at reading it, but I'm terrible at speaking it.
engrish...........
Also, I can speak Klingon rather fluently.
English is my fluent language, and i'm learning Japanese.
Aside from English, I can speak and read some Latin and Ancient Greek, as well as a little bit of German and French, and I can understand a slight amount of Japanese.
OH I forgot British.
Broomish
I remember watching this show a little while back, who had this guy who was dressed up as a Klingon, and could speak it fluently. xD Entertaining.Quote:

:D
English and Spanish fluently. French, not-so fluently. I'm going to drop French, though, and begin Russian soon.
English/Cantonese. I can guess at the meaning of most french sentences, can spit out some broken German and Japanese, and if I try hard enough I can speak American.
^_^
English and some Spanish. When I was a kid I was fluent in Spanish, but after my grandpa died it started fading (seeing as he was the only one who talked to me in Spanish). I can still understand it near-decently.
English, and learning Spainish in school.
You are quite the linguist. :cool:Quote:

I can also speak a little Spanish and a few phrases/words in Russian and Japanese.
English and Huttese.
I knowz my English. xD
Chinese, I know how to speak but only somewhat how to write and read. That's what I'm taking classes for :)
I know a bit of Spanish from my four years in high school (trust me, four years seems like a lot but I learned ....not very much at all ^_^). But I want to brush up on that and be at least semi fluent before I get out of college.
After I'm finished with Chinese (three more semesters!), I'm going to learn Portuguese. :)
I also want to learn sign language, that would be fun. ^_^
:skull3: And so are you.Quote:

I also speak a little bit of French and Spanish as well.
Besides English, French. But I am really nervous talking French since I do not use it a lot, and then I talk low and mispronouc my words cause I try to talk too fast. Also I can speak Fringlish, which is popular in NB. For example, "I parker mon car a la courbe" ^_^, though I do not speak like that I hear it. I know how to pronouce pomanize japanese characters if that counts for anything. If I go into Classics I need to learn latin and greek. Also i want to learn Spanich, Japanese, German, Russian, probably more to come. Though I doubt I ever will learn them. Also I understand the wonderful language of grade 12 math, or what I have taken so far.
I can, albeit barely, understand the language of music. To an extent at least.
I can speak English and Spanish fluently and some German. But I don't count languages I can understand like Italian and Portuguese as languages I can speak, since I only understand due to similarities in the Latin language.
English, alittle Norweigan, A little Spanish, a bunch of random Japanese, ane L337, I fully understand L337
I can read and write some French ok, but if you start speaking to me IN French with a native accent, I get lost pretty quickly. I can also speak Pig Latin and Ob, and Redneckese. I'm not joking there, if you go way back in the sticks in some places around here, you get older people who talk real country.
I wanted to learn Russian, and I was told my speaking was beautiful for a beginner, but I couldn't write it to save my life. It took me five hours to do my first Russian homework assignment. I didn't see the point in continuing if I was going to be illiterate.
Russian and English.
English, and I picked up some Japanese.
English, french and a little bit of spanish. My grandmother is trying to get me interested in learning german.

:D
We have some impressive linguists livin' here - Iri, Chris and social moon.
I speak english, a small amount of german, very little japanese. But to make my list seem more impressive :D I'll add C++, Pascal, Guitar tablature, piano sheet music and maybe a bit of al bhed. lol.
Hmm...clutching at straws a bit there, but hey, who cares right?
I know french, creole, and italian.
No, I don't speak english.
I'm only fluent in English, but I'm nearly fluent in French and German. Sometimes I think in French, which isn't helpful during a German or Japanese lesson, and other times, there's a word that I only know in a different language, so I can't say it in English. My first words weren't actually English though, they were (SPOILER)Swedish. I think it was (SPOILER)'teeta', which means (SPOILER)'look'. I was that type of baby, lol. :DQuote:

Is that a real language? I've never heard of it before. Oh, and I speak one word of Esperanto, or however you spell it: Kaixo. It means 'hi'.
Tagalog is real. They speak it in the Phillipines! ^.^
Fluent English ,French, a little Italian and some Japanese.
Fluent English, near-fluent spanish, and passable French.
oh, there's some Latin in there too, but that doesnt really count for much anymore although its making a resurgence in the Vatican.
:D
