New Person on the block

Hey people I'm new here... I live in Rixeyville,Va,USA and I love this site and final fantasy... In the past 4 days (96 hours) I have been on this site 70 hours of them. (It would have been longer but my modem got fried after 55). This site has literally taken over my life as I am home schooled... seriously I wake up log on this site and then go to bed... I have even lost weight because of this site :). I have FF 1,2,4,6,7,9,10,10-2 The only reason I dont have the others is that 3 and 5 were only released in Japan (Or so I was told) and My PS2 broke before I could get 8. 1 and 2 is part of FF1&2 DoS and 4 is part of FF Chronicles. I have kept my SNES for the past 5 years looking for FF6 (Three as I have it) and I finally got it :D . If anyone has 3 or 5 in English let me know if they are worth learning Japanese for. I know Al Bhed from FF10 without using any translation sites or any cheat sheets, I learned it the hard way (Playing FF10 until I had to get glasses [Literally]). My hobbies and interests are collecting Yu-Gi-Oh cards, in which has made me a master at the game, Collecting Dragonball Z cards (I have Super Saiyan Vegito), Playing video games (Obviously), Talking to my friends on the phone and IM, Riding my 4-Wheeler (2002 Yamaha Blaster [I really like to ride my neighbors Banshee as it literally has 100 horsepower to the rear wheels.]), and listening to songs from Sonic adventure 1,2 and heroes, and the main theme to FF10 Otherworld. I have AOL Dail-up, it's the worse. We just happen to see it quick I guess.

The truth is that obsessed is really an understatement.
FF has taken over my life, it has changed my life since I first played FF6 some time ago. Since then I have bought a PS1, PS2, GameCube and a GBA just for FF games (I still can't find crystal chronicles). I played FF10 and 10-2 so much I burnt up my PS2. I bought a Game Cube temporarily until the PS3 come out :D .

I also have AOL Dial-up... I don't even get a standard connection I get a 22,400 kbps connection. Throw in Internet Explorer as my web browser and you pretty much have my computer.. a piece of junk. But I should not be complaining cause I got it for free from my neighbor :D

Our computer just... sucks. It shouldn't, but it does. AOL needs to die!

Oh yeah I forgot to mention in the very short time I'm not online I am usually outside training with a sword-like object and have actually became pretty good with a sword. I have had competitions at my neighbors house and have always got first place (Except for actually fighting my neighbor once, I triped on something and fell down and when I got back up I had a wooden sword to my throat :eek: this is not a very fun moment.)

It does seem like alot although the whole time I am online I am playing music on 1 TV and some FF game on another TV and possibly FF1&2 DoS (This is not exagurating nor joking, all of this is honestly true)
I don't see how this is redeeming but I literally have nothing else to do as we don't have enough money for my next home schooling books and I have saw everthing on T.V.

Okay, well the way I interpereted it was that you were just on the site, doing nothing else, for 70 hours. My mistake, though still, if your losing weight, it's a good sign to cut back. :)

I started playing FF7 shortly after my girlfriend moved. I nagged my folks to get me a PS for FF7, it broke, so I got a newer model which also broke, so I got an even newer model. I never got "PS1" though. Then when FFX came out, I got PS2 for my birthday (which was a gift for two occasions as my Bday is just before Christmas, rip), it wore out sometime last year and I got a Slim. I never got a GameCube, but I did get a GBA (though not to play Tactics Advanced)

I now have a Sig pic and I would like post Thaks to Starry Relm here. I keep geting more and more involved in this site and now when I am online and not here I am at The Gamers Alliance. I have finnaly downloaded FF5 for the ZSNES Emulator (Thanks FF downloads) and I am enjoying it. To further boost the FF craze I now have a CD of Otherworld that is on whenever I am awake. I am starting to explore the Forums more and post more replys to things. My vast amounts of knowledge on Final Fantasies is starting to pour into this forum.
