What do you do when you feel like you could crawl into a hole and die?

Have something to eat.
Try to have something distract me. Like, go out and do something I like, play a videogame, or the like. Other strategies are listening to music that matches my current state of mind (early Hole or Nine Inch Nails usually work fine) and/or getting some chocolate, ice cream...
But sometimes it's hard just not to lie on your bed feeling like you don't even exist.
I go to sleep.
Seriously.

The only times I feel like that is when there's a lot of stressful university work and stuff to do...
What to do in those situations? Easy. Procrastinate. :D
Nothing, until I'm tired then I go to bed and wake up alot better.

Yeah, sleep is the best thing to do in times like that, I find.

To Bawb: No, I mean really spam EoFF XD *bops your arse* Like the time with all the "What is your favorite ___" threads in GC and I can't remember if the "How did ___ affect your perception of life" had to do with it ^_~ And sometimes, yeah, you just can't tell the difference. ;)
I like to sit and watch Invader Zim or freakazoid cos they make me lauf lots! sleep is good 2. Im mega mega stressed with my FMP for Art Foundation. theres no point in trying to do something if you feel like poo. the wrk will turn out like poo. poo poop pooooooooooo!

I like to be alone so that if I do cry, no one knows, then I like to sleep. It helps me forget what's bothering me. =/
Out of embarassment or stress? Cause if it's the former that never happens. If it's the latter, then I cry probably.
If im angry i'd listen to really fast and loud music (maybe Metalica or something) or i could just sing "whats the matter you why you lookin so sad itza notza bad why don't you just be glad aaaaa shudupaya face b rum dum dum" believe it helps hehe..xXx...
I listen to my chocobo theme cd, chill in the pool (in the summer obviously),or eat Chips Ahoy! cookies.
I never feel like that.
Get a beer, stick some loud music on and just chill out and forget about it.
Probably sleep, or complain about it to somebody on MSN.
Talk, sleep, and read.
