It's doujinshi, which are made by fans. Professional companies, but fan companies none the less, not by Square. There are a lot out there, a great majority hentai. There are no official Final Fantasy manga.

Lufas is Rufus. When the Japanese use English, it's sounded out, and Rufus sounds more like Lufas when pronounced by a Japanese person.
