Seeing as how we don't yet know when FF12 will be released, I was wondering what people are doing while they wait (im)patiently for the game to hit store shelves.
So what are YOU doing? Do you go to work/school? Do you play old FF's for nostalgia? Do you just sit on your couch and nibble your fingernails?

If you're excited about the game, you can always watch the trailers and game previews until you fall into a coma ^_^

I don't do things just to pass time, waiting for FFXII. Neither should you.

I'm playing the other ones through again, starting with 10 and moving backwards. I did ten. I'm now nearly done with 9, then I'll move on to 8, then 7, then 6,... and so on, so forth. I'll be mad if i can beat them all before its released! If Advent children somehow manages to come out first, 'll be watching that over and over until 12. I cant get my hads off my ps2 controller! :(
I play all the FF's I haven't played so far, which will probably take me so long that by the time I'm finished, Final Fantasy XIII will probably be out.

I'm excited about FFXI, but not to the point where I have to do other things to pass the time until it comes out. That's a bit... sad.
I have promised myself that I'd beat FFI, II, IV, V, VI, Xenogears, and Chrono Trigger. I've started them all but I'm nowhere near completing them. I waste too much time on FFXI.

Well now that I think about it more, I'll probably read the new Harry Potter.
lately, i've been reading "the rule of four" which has been extremely addictive and mind-boggling. but reading always gets me tired, so after, i take a nap...so most of my days are now spent reading and sleeping :cool:
also, i just realized i can stream tv to my winamp, so i can watch futurama, family guy, and basically nething else i want on my cpu without downloading. hopefully this doesn't ruin my life. :p

I play Ogame. :) Its an online game where u get a planet and u colonize other planets, raid other peoples planets, and start/join alliance that pretty much serve the same purpose :D
Its actually fun when u figure out what ur doin, its time consuming though. Takes a WHOLE lot of dedication. (takes 30:00 min to build a small cargo ship and 17 hrs to build a lanch pad!) I also work. ALOT :(

go to work... sleep... play FF VII and VI for like 15 minutes... play guitar... play a show at a local coffee house... aaaannnd repeat...
Actually now that my guitar is gone till October (My guitar is the equivilant to your guy's Final Fantasy :) ) so yeah I guess Im up to that level with you guys with FF... though I just beat MGS Twin snakes and all of the Zeldas and all the Rogue Squadrons and Metroid Prime and... yeah I've beaten so many games since my guitar has been gone that all of my hard earned muscle on my arms are slowly shrinking...
Jeeze man... but anyways... :) Yeah I guess in the meantime I'll hve to buy a PS2 and FFX and beat it before I get FFXII :P

Actually I have an easier time of the waiting...I only got into Square games like two years ago so im playing IX and plan on getting VII (even though i'm spoiled to high hell :( ). An then once Kingdom Hearts II comes out, I'll play that...I'm really on the fence with regards to FFXII. On one hand it might suck, on the other it might be great. I kind of wish that they would go back to the pseudo-scifi feel of VII, but XII still looks nice.

Im a pretty avid gamer. Besides the FF series I play EQ2, Battlefield 2, Halo, Halo 2, several other RPG's, Dead or Alive, and I also play Paintball and work on my Jeep a lot.
