It was the 90's. I was using some p2p sharing network (started with a 'S' -- help me out here). After adding all my shared files, I noticed I added all the pics my mother took of vacations.
I unshared them quickly then looked at the traffic screen -- somebody had downloaded a pic of my grandmother!

So topic: has anything potentially disturbing ever happpened to you online? Perhaps you were the subject of a bored and irrational asian constantly bothering you?
I've definitely had a bored and irrational Asian IM me a bunch of times. :p

Actually yes, but they were canadians, not asians. For some reason, about every 6 months I accumulate anywhere from 2-3 new canadian songwriters and poets who are godawful trying to get me to read and listen to their crap poems and songs. I've been asked a few times in PMs [Not on this forum, another one] to either go into their # or MSN chat. But I just ignore it. But it depends who it's by, & all the people who have asked me that were weird. & while I was chatting to an admin in at #muse.mu there was this weirdo by the name of lambchop who kept asking me if he could speak to me & kept on saying asl. BLAH! He wouldn't stop bothering me so I just told teh admin & she banned him. :love:
