ASAP probably.
Acronym, but it's all good in the hood.
During my heavy CS-playing period, I used "lol" a lot.
The recursive acronym 'ZOMG' is always good to say.
If I was one of those smug idiots who took great pleasure out of grammatical superiority, I would contest that they aren't all acronyms, as acronyms make up new words which you pronounce, instead of saying each letter, for example NATO and SARS, as opposed to the likes of USA and MSN. (These are initialisms)
But I'm not, and I only said it because my EoFF contract requires me to make one intelligent post per year, so brb. :p
OMGWTFBBQ
zomg is probably the most popular, used by people to insult the way people who would use that seriously in their internet conversations.
But I do say Zahmg.

I like zomg, but I've never used it. Until now.

OMG/OMFG
Not-internet:

USA
UN
SWAT
WoW is probably popular as well. And CS.
These are debatable, of course, as one tends not to say 'You-sa' or 'Un', but... meh, I'm not in the mood for being a grammar nazi right now.
I prefer SOB, myself. On the internet, anyway.
"lol" and "jk" have to be the most commonly used... I've heard people say them in person :Oo: .
lol!!
asl
Above Sea Level.
SooL is a good one, though nobody uses it.
I've never ever heard of SooL...
What's it stand for?

Oh... I always just said SOL...
I just made some wild guess.
OK, an acronym for Oll Korrect (All Correct), originally a joke as neither the O nor the K were correct.
Easily the most used acronym I can think of.
