I`ve been wondering ever since I passed the forgotten capital, because when in the forgotten capital there are these glowing stones and when investigated it says something like "Are these the words of the ancients? no good can`t underdstand it.....could someone tell me the significance of this?
it means that you can revive aeris.
Maybe they got some ancient writing on them?

They seem to hint at some kind of side-quest, but they truly do nothing. I guess they're psychic recordings - remnants of literature or something left behind by the Ancients - which are just incomprehensible to humans.
its a map to the "pie materia" which infinitly more powerful than the cheese materia.
