I've never heard Corrine talk, and Genis is little, so he might have speech problems.

hmm... well... I've played it four times, and I don't remember this quote... so that means it must be a boss I haven't faced in all four games. That would be Maxwell, and Abyssion. Since you already said no to Summon Spirits, I'll say Abyssion next.
