I´m not sure of any of them.
Tifa´s hotter in a "dirty" way, I think, but personality-wise I guess it´s Aeris.
Some of her personality did fit to my taste, although not the "cocky" one she tended to have at times.

Tifa for me. I like more the way she acts, than the way areis acts. I don't like girls that are soft, hit you with rods, and smile every freaking second! I like girls that kick @$$, punch really hard, and are hard to get there trust. So Tifa is the perfect animated women for me. But real women are better than animated women. :D

Unless the Cetra have an odd body temperature, being both of them human beings I suppose they both are at 36,7 Celsius degrees, which makes neither of them hotter or cooler.

It's Tifa for me. Okay, I'm a girl, but if I were a man (since I'm a tomboy... well, kind of), it's Tifa for me. It's not because of the chest size or the short miniskirt, it's what her attitude and her personality i find really HOT. She has a very matured way of acting than Aeris (in my opinion, people!!!). Personally, to tell you, I really don't trip Aeris very much. I feel it's like people like her are the ones making me, you know, make my head explode? If you call it that way, I guess...

Anyways, yeah, Tifa. I agree wholeheartedly with Lord Magician. People like Tifa in my opinion describes the word "HOT". Not a damsel in distress like Aeris :rolleyes2 (no offense, really... this is my opinion).
