Worst boyband ever ?
98 degrees, because they suck at being a boy band. They were always like, 5 steps behind Backstreet Boys, who were already 5 steps behind N*SYNC.
But eh, compared to the awful emo/pop punk music lately, give me N*SYNC and Backstreet Boys ANYDAY. At least they can kinda sing.
There are no bad boy bands.

Saying that, Backstreet Boys released that song Larger Than Life years ago, but in on of my GCSE exams that song just popped into my head and stuck there for no reason. Weird.
And Westlife are the worst boyband ever. They actually go beyond boyband bad, and into the realms of the decayed feces of a rotting corpse. So yeah, I vote them worst.
I voted for Westlife.
Ironic thing is though they've had 11 number 1's.

I thought take that were a great band but Im pretty sure they were sleeping with each other as Ive seen a video of theres (on VH1's top 10 worst videos) where they were rolling around shirtless with each other in jelly and Im convinced the guy with the long hair grabbed the other guy with the spiked hairs crotch.

I have no idea if they are well known in the US, but there is a boyband called Us5 that I really, really can't stand! I heard them for the first time a couple of weeks ago when I was in Spain, where they had a German music channel called Viva, and they played a song by them called "Maria" all the time... which drove me mad! I believe that the man who was behind N'Sync is also the "mastermind" behind this boyband because he had a cameo as "a tough taxi driver" in the extremely bad video. :barf:

You people should loosen up. Boy Bands aren't about good music, it's about singing along to silly, corny lyrics and dancing around like a maniac to I WANT IT THAT WAY. Cause baby, I do want it that way. Oh yeah.

Thats incredibly stupid. Its not like people dont have a right to like their music. Some of them are uninspired, but BSB isnt that bad at all. I like most boybands unless they are pretty uninspired. Unless people can make their own music and songs then they really should not judge them. I find them better than the rap these days which i think should be thrown into the volcano. But you have every right to like them.

O'Town or w/e was a horrible band. They were just a copy of the Backstreet Boys, and well, they sucked. I mean really, what else is there to say?
The only boyband I will ever truly love is Plus One. Which nobody has ever heard of. But that's okay. I've met the guys personally, and they are truly NORMAL guys. Hence, they changed into a rock band by their 3rd album.
Although I will say that I am guilty of having gone to 8 BSB concerts (4 this month), and they're really not bad. They're not "hot" but they put on a good show. I give 'em that.
