Fatty fat Mc Fat, fat! loses weight :(
Wait, do I hear a TopGun saying comming on?

The majority of my diet has been from McD's for the past two months.
I am still 10-12% body fat, still 140 lbs.
McD's isn't sufficient for a body builder, and isn't good food for losing weight because if you ate say 1000 calories of McD's a day you'd barely get any eating done, plus you'd eat too much fat.
But McD's won't make me fat. I don't worry about other people.
Calories in vs. Calories out.
You could eat 1500 calories a day of McDonalds, or eat 1500 calories of a block of lard for all it matters (not that there is a lot of difference with the two), and still lose weight. If you exceed your energy, you will lose weight.
There are a few questions to ask this woman though:
1. Do you wake up every morning feeling like? I can bet they do
2. How many of those lbs burnt was fat? I would say not much
That's only if you eat the fitness food's, not the fatty hamburgers.
The day McD helps me loses weight is the day obesity stops being a problem for all.
It's nothing new.
There was an article in the Metro about a guy who lost so-many stone by eating a diet consisting mostly of Big Macs. According to him, it was the fries you have to be careful of.Quote:

It's not just the fries. The fries are terrible period but it does not make the burgers much better. There is no nutritional value, and it's just empty calories the body has no use for..
If you notice, she is still fat after 37 pounds. 37 pounds is a lot of weight, it's almost 3 stone, a person on a proper diet with plenty of good food and working out, would begin to see more vascularity after losing 37 pounds. She's just going to shrint into a smaller person, still fat, still looking the same.
The guy I read about in the Metro seemed a fairly normal size.
Did he pose with his shirt on or off?
Also, as far as health goes, I doubt he was getting any proper amounts of amino acids, vitamins, minerals..etc. McDonalds meat does not count as meat, it's more like newspaper ;)
I don't think it's a healthy thing to do, eating only McDonalds. But if you eat at one place all your life, you're more than likely going to be missing out on something. I wouldn't live off just ham sandwiches, either. I'm just saying that McDonalds itself isn't that bad. There are other things in this world that are equally bad for your health if not worse.
I can't remember if his shirt was on or off though. But he looked to have halved his physical size.
You're right. There are a lot more things that are just as bad if not worse, like smoking, drinking, but it still doesn't mean it's any good in the end. McDonalds is the very worst of the fast food I would say, I'd even prefere KFC over McDonalds.
Either way it's something I'll never try :) and I would advise others also not to try it, as it'll not only cause complications earlier with the bad health, but it's just a bad idea in the first place, not to mention costly.
McDonalds really doesn't get me fat, as I have it once (well, it or Wendy's) a week, nevermore.
Um...I just don't understand how people can actually eat those things, but if the lady can loose weight, well, good for her.
By the way, Unne, the fact you don't get fat means nothing. It could have to do with metabolism, some people get fat easily, some get strong easily, etc. And some do not. But the fact you may not be fat does not mean you are not full of calories.
People should start realising I'm actually PG...but whatever.
I'm not full of calories...whatever that means. And yes it has a lot to do with my metabolism, but seeing as I exercise very little, I *shouldn't* have a good metabolism at all.
But I do. It's wacky that way.
In any case, I wanted to point out that yes, if you go on the McD's diet you'll lose all your muscle and weigh less but be fat. It's what we call 'skinny fat', and what that Jared person of Subway fame looks like naked: fat.
Which is even more disgusting imho.
You can lose weight with the McD's diet but no way can it substitute the diet needed to exercise properly.
Here's an idea for loosing weight..
*zoom in on mouth*
(SPOILER)EAT LESS
Exactly what I said mate :)
You never see Jared from Subway posing on a beach with his shirt off, he's usually wearing those big shirts, because he is still fat, will still have lose skin, and still have stretch marks, and probably a lot of gyno.
The metabolism doesn't work by just how much you work out though, it depends on your age, height, activity, how much you eat, what you eat, nutrition in general, genetics, etc. Some people may have a slow one, someone may be a twig and have a very fast one, but they can be changed. A fat person can change thier metabolism by lifting weights, gaining muscle, losing fat, and eating a lot more, like the way Bodybuilders will eat 6 small meals a day to keep it revving.
Oh, and eating less can actually believe it or not, make you gain weight  Calories in VS calories out. ya can eat 4 big macs a day and it wont be much food, but itll be a lot of calories, or you could eat mountains of veg, lean meat and so on and still be under 2500 calories a day. ;)
even if you lose weight, the nutrient content of McDonalds food is not always so great, you know. You can almost always lose weight by reducing caloric intake, but if you eat 1400 calories of fatty foods, the fats are still bad for you even if you burn most of it off.
i imagine that her cardiovascular system has gone to hell. that is pratically a poor man's atkins diet wich makes it all the worst.
Nah, she's still eating the burger bun.
I'm sure her excercise is fine, you know, turning the car wheel, walking to and from the car (unless she uses the drive through), moving her eyes while watching TV, walking to the fridge, etc.
Exactly why you 'lose weight' but 'don't get in shape' eating McD's.
I'm being very careful not to conflict with my first post ;D
I can see that happening. If you eat the correct amount of Calories for Lunch, Breakfast and Tea and nothing imbetween then you will lose wait, slowly.
But i havnt been Mcdonalds for a year
Every time I eat fast food I get a painful case of thes. Last time I had a Whopper I crapped five times in the period of 15 minutes. Nobody will ever be able to sell me on the idea that fast food is anything BUT bad for you.
my stomached hurted just htinking about someone eating nothing but mcdonalds for 90 days. ><
So does this mean Supersize Me was a big lie or something?
You realize that that doesn’t usually happen right?Quote:

It didn't used to happen until I stopped eating fastfood on a regular basis. When your body isn't used to trash, it seems to freak out.Quote:

yea, I always feel really gross after eating at McDonalds on the off chance I do.
