For americans pulling = making out. My dad got divoced, remarried and on my step mams side theres this really fit lass, 17, brunet, athletic body, funny etc. I know shes into me, and whenever i see her she tries to get me drunk. So would it be wrong to pull her, cus some people say no because im not related but others say yes as she is technically a relation?

Been there, done that, no regrets. Of course, we were together before her aunt married my Dad, but we knew they were going to when we hooked up. Lasted a good nine months, and was an overall fine relationship for a first girlfriend. Keep in mind that people will take the piss out of you for it every now and then, so you need to be able to take a joke and laugh along with them, it's better off that way. But really, yeah, it's cool.
Go for it. If you're not related I don't see any problem at all. Of course, other people will, but BoB already explained that and blah blah.
Just don't get drunk and do anything. Well, I would want to be sober.

Leviticus 18:9 "Do not have sexual relations with your sister, either yoru fater's daughter or your mother's daughter, weather she was born in the same home or elsewhere"
Leviticus 18:11 "Do not have sexual relations with the daughter of your father;s wife, born to your father, she is your sister."
leviticus 18:9 and 18:11 makes it sound fine - that is since she is not your half-sister.

Have fun. But I'd advise you try and keep this more or less secret, at least at first. No sence in getting all the crap that this will bring (and there will be some people who will remind you of it 20 years from now) if you're not going to be with her very long. So at least give it a month or two "grace period".... now, I'm not saying you should sneak around, but no one really needs to know exactly why you're hanging out with her so much.

There's nothing wrong with "pulling" a step anyone as far as I'm concerned. They aren't related to you.
