The article explains that the inventor uses dead cats for fuel. I thought this was a hilarious solution to our fuel problems.

That is great. Maybe we can learn to process leftovers, next. With gas prices such as they are, no one would ever throw out anything. Then homeless people would all starve. Then we could use THEM for fuel.
Those crazy Germans, gotta love em.
Well as long as there not live...thats good righyt?

Maybe through something similar to a compost heap? And I wonder how much pollution this puts out?Quote:

Well if girls are made of sugar, spice and everything nice and boys are made of snakes and snails and puppy dog tails then cats are made of ethanol, rich soil and crude oil.
well the cats arent alive right?
Isn't blood a form of plasma? Who knows... maybe someday they'll grow blood as an alternative fuel source.
Blood plasma and plasme are VERY different things.
As for cats, they could use this technology in Australia, I hear they have quite the cat problem.
This is just not right, I hope this guy gets done for this Horrific idea.
It's disrespecting the dead! even if they are cats they shouldn't be used like this!
There are two kinds of plasma: one is a clear fluid that's a component of blood. The other plasma is high-energy ionised gas.Quote:

I have always wondered what the universal use for cats would ever be. I had also wondered why the Egyptians would worship cats - unless the aliens that built the pyramids for them were actually *that* advanced that thier ships ran off power.
Seruiously, I wonder how peta would feel about this. Imagine if it did become the next great fuel source... I gotta start farming me some cats.
Bipper
Huh, using the dead as a power source..... Now we just need Charelton Heston:
THE NEW GAS IS CATS!
