I believe they're all the swords found in the game combined. I know I saw the Advance Sword at one point. It had six slots and was a golden-shimmery colour.

I think I got some of it.

1. Enhanced Sword, 2. Apocalypse, 3. don't know, 4. Ragnarok (split down the middle), 5. Ultima (smaller and split down the middle), 6. Buster Sword (obviously)

I didn't see the Ultima Weapon anywhere. I did find a site that had pictures of all Cloud's weapons on it. I thought I saw some swords resembling Organics, Heaven's Cloud, and maybe Ragnarok, but a few of those were originals.

The only sword from the original game (excluding Sephiroth's "rematerialized" Masamune) was the Buster Sword, which was obviously never actually used. All six of Cloud's swords, and any composite forms which resulted, were entirely new weapons. Whether or not Cloud can be assumed to have even obtained the original swords (given that the "flashback" at the beginning shows Cloud rushing toward Sephiroth with the Buster Sword) is a topic for debate, I guess.

i fell in love with FF7, that i started drawing the swords from my friend's guidebook... none of above swords seem to have been taken from the game (except the buster sword which is rusting, and the Combined version which seems like a wicked Oversized Maniac-type BusterSword2)

Update on Cloud's 6 Piece Sword in Final Fantasy: Advent Children
Raven_237 has updated his FF7:AC report on Cloud Strife's 6 Piece Sword in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. It described the mechanism behind Cloud's weapon using scene by scene screenshots to demonstrate its assembly process. The update shows new imagse (over 50) and also points out two more bloopers (possible errors in the movie) in a FF7:AC Blooper secion in the article.

In addition, Raven_237 has put up a small series of images depicting the Final Fantasy: Advent Children Ribbons worn by the characters.

The reports may contain spoilers for some, it is recommended to watch the movie first.
