Welcome to EoFF. Yes, your guardian should have signed a waiver in order for you to be here, but age is such a relative thing. At least going by some of the other members here who claim to be old enough to register without a waiver. :)

You have to have the picture uploaded to the internet somewhere and then use the image tags. If you look in the help forum a lot of it will eb explained in there.
