I think the majority of people here base their replies on the first reply to a
given thread (or the first reply by someone who is popular). I thought it
was hilarious though, especially the girl just closing her eyes and covering

Isn't the girl from The Ring a really terrifying character to Japanese folk? And that's why The Ring/The Grudge etc all have the same type of scary character in them? Girls with long hair covering thier faces.
